To meet future clients’ need, we need to upgrade our system in order to provide our clients with enhanced service quality. The benefits to you including: |

Enhanced Personal Identification Number (PIN) security. As your ATM and Telephone PINs will be changed from 4 digits to 6 digits, please add two zeros (“00”) to the end of your existing PINs. After the upgrade, you have to use the 6 digits PIN at all ATMs in both Hong Kong and overseas. You can subsequently alter your PIN to a personal number. |

We will now adopt a single telephone PIN for both banking and credit card services, for your easy management of PIN and accounts. Please use your existing Banking telephone PIN to operate both your banking and credit card accounts after the system enhancement. |

Our new CitiPhone Banking System will let you manage your account directly by inputting your ATM Card, banking account or credit card number after language selection, which is easy and hassle free. |
| iv) |
Our new consolidated statement will enable you to more easily monitor all of your various Citibank accounts. |

Yes, the PIN change from 4 to 6 digits is applicable to all existing customers. To enhance PIN security, your ATM and Telephone PINs will be changed from 4 digits to 6 digits, if your PIN is 4-digit, please add two zeros (“00”) to the end of your existing PINs.
