Before You Start
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- For Octopus Citibank Gold Card, annual income must be HK$60,000 or more
- For Octopus Citibank Platinum Card, annual income must be HKD150,000 or more
