#Cardholders will be awarded 150 Rewards Points per HK$100 local spending and 300 Rewards Points per HK$100 overseas spending (transactions made outside Hong Kong excluding Mainland China and Macau, which the transaction is settled in foreign currency ). Every 150 Rewards Points can be converted to 1 unit of Travel Cash which can be used to offset HK$1 eligible travel transactions (Total amount of Travel Cash to be offset does not exceed the aggregate unredeemed value of the travel transactions in latest 2 statement cycles). Travel transactions are transactions made at any travel agencies or airlines in Hong Kong dollars and/ or retail purchase made outside Hong Kong and paid in any currency except Hong Kong dollars). I. General Terms &; Conditions 1.Unless otherwise specified, Citibank PremierMiles Card Rewards Program is applicable to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi PremierMiles Platinum VISA Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (itibank?. 2.To enjoy Citi PremierMiles Platinum VISA Card Instant Redemption Program, the relevant Card Accounts must be valid (meaning not cancelled or terminated) and current (meaning there are no past due balances on the Card Accounts).3.Redemptions are subject to the accumulation of available reward points at the time of redemption. Orders will be cancelled automatically in the event of insufficient reward points. Redemptions cannot be amended, cancelled or revoked upon the acceptance of redemptions by Citibank.4.Unless otherwise specified, the reward items cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or interest free installment plans of the relevant merchants. 5.Reward items are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, are not replaceable or compensated in cash in the event of destruction or loss, and are subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the merchants of the same.6.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The related merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.7.Fraud and abuse (including multiple redemptions) will result in forfeiture of a cardholder's/cardmember eligibility to participate in this program. Cardholders/Cardmembers needs to sign for acknowledgement upon successful redemption. 9.Pooling points from cardholder/cardmember other cards and pooling points from Diner supplementary cards are not permitted in the offer. 10.The rewards points will be instantly deducted from the Eligible Card accounts. No cancellation or refund is allowed.11.All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Citibank. 12.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
II. Points Accumulations 13. During the continuation of Citibank PremierMiles Card Instant Redemption Program, cardholders/cardmembers will earn reward points for every spent and posted transaction. Cardholders will be awarded 150 Rewards Points per HK$100 local spending and 300 Rewards Points per HK$100 overseas spending (transactions made outside Hong Kong excluding Mainland China and Macau, which the transaction is settled in foreign currency). Citibank reserves the right to change at any time and without prior notice the ratio between (a) a reward point to be awarded; and (b) the specified amount charged to the Card Account. 14.Charges which are eligible for reward points include posted annual fee, insurance charges, airline, restaurant, hotel, car rental, service station, mail order and retail charges. Charges not eligible for reward points include, but are not limited to, cash advances, bank fees and charges (including finance charges, late charges, and other bank charges), traveler's check, balance transfer, cash from "Dial-a-Check" program, casino transactions, online bill payment, payments to Inland Revenue Department and other unauthorized charges, etc. Citibank may add to, or remove from, the above list of eligible charges and transactions from time to time at its discretion. The decision of Citibank as to what constitutes an eligible charge shall be final and conclusive. 15.Reward points earned for Citi PremierMiles Platinum VISA Card is evergreen. 16. Should any transaction in the billing statement be cancelled or refunded for whatever reason, the reward points earned in respect to those transactions will be deducted or cancelled. 17.Reward points awarded will be shown in each monthly statement, details of redemption transactions in each month will appear in the next monthly statement. 18.Reward points will be forfeited when the relevant Card account is closed or is not in good standing in the opinion of Citibank, Card has expired or ceased to be effective or a breach of the Citibank VISA Agreement/Citibank VISA Cardholder Agreement (Company Account) has occurred. Any outstanding redemption order whether received before or after reward points have been forfeited shall not be entertained.
