Terms and Conditions of BFB Footballer Promotion (the “Promotion”):

  1. The Promotion applies to customers who currently do not hold and / or have not held any principal card of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and / or principal card of Diners Club Card issued by Diners Club International (HK) Limited (“Diners Club Card”) within the past 12 months from the date of issue of the Eligible Card (“New Customers”).
  2. New Customers must submit the application form and successfully apply for a principal card of any Citi Credit Cards (“Eligible Card”), except Citi Clear Student Card, Citi Cash Back American Express® Card and Diners Club Card via the Citibank website (www.citibank.com.hk) or the appointed e-channel starting from May 11, 2016. The Eligible Card application must be successfully approved by Citibank on or before June 13, 2016, subject to Citibank’s system records.
  3. New Customers who has accumulated spending of HK$10,000 or above within the first 2 months from the date of card issuance will receive a “BFB Super 7 Star Footballer” (“BFB Welcome Offer”).
  4. The top 3 customers, among the New Customers who have spent the most with the Eligible Cards, will receive an extra “BFB Super 7 Star Legendary Footballer” (“BFB Top Spending Offer”).
  5. New Customers have to activate their Eligible Cards after card issuance. They have to register for their Eligible Card number, BFB game ID and BFB Game Server at the designated hotline 8226 6880 on or before August 18, 2016. Such that the BFB Welcome Offer and / or BFB Top Spending Offer can be credited to their registered BFB game accounts.
  6. On or before September 15, 2016, BFB Welcome Offer and / or BFB Top Spending Offer will be credited to the eligible New Customers’ registered BFB game accounts, and they will also be notified by Citibank via SMS on or before Aug 29, 2016.
  7. BFB Welcome Offer is first come first served. Citibank reserves the right to grant an alternative offer in the event of out of stock.
  8. In a case where the same top spending amounts are reported, the BFB Top Spending Offer will be given to the winner from a lottery draw by Citibank.
  9. All posted transactions conducted by principal and supplementary card(s) are included in the spending conditions calculation. Mileage/Hotel Points Redemption

  1. Cardholders can convert his/her Points to miles/hotel points of Asia Miles, British Airways Executive Club, Club CarlsonSM, Delta SkyMiles®, Etihad Guest, EVA Air Infinity MileageLands, Flying Blue, Garuda Indonesia Frequent Flyer, Hilton HHonors, IHG Rewards Club, Malaysia Airlines Enrich, Qantas Frequent Flyer, Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus or Virgin Atlantic Flying Club (each a "Mileage/Hotel Program") for free by calling 24-Hour PremierMiles Service Line at 2860 0360. Every 12 Points can be converted to 1 mile/hotel point of Asia Miles, British Airways Executive Club, Club CarlsonSM, Delta SkyMiles®, Etihad Guest, EVA Air Infinity MileageLands, Flying Blue, Garuda Indonesia Frequent Flyer, Hilton HHonors, IHG Rewards Club, Malaysia Airlines Enrich, Qantas Frequent Flyer, Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus or Virgin Atlantic Flying Club.
  2. Cardholders must convert a minimum of 500 Miles/Hotel Points for Asia Miles, British Airways Executive Club, Club CarlsonSM, Delta SkyMiles®, Etihad Guest, EVA Air Infinity MileageLands, Flying Blue, Garuda Indonesia Frequent Flyer, IHG Rewards Club, Malaysia Airlines Enrich, Qantas Frequent Flyer, Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club or 1000 Hotel Points for Hilton HHonors.
  3. Principal Cardholders must be a member of the frequent flyers program and the hotel privilege programs and be able to provide a valid membership number of his /her own Mileage Program account when converting Points to miles. Citibank will not accept any liability in relation to any loss incurred due to incorrect information provided by the principal Cardholders.
  4. Once the request for redemption is confirmed by Citibank, mileage conversion will be completed in 4 business days for Asia Miles, British Airways Executive Club, Club CarlsonSM, Delta SkyMiles®, EVA Air Infinity MileageLands, Flying Blue, Garuda Indonesia Frequent Flyer, Hilton HHonors, IHG Rewards Club, Malaysia Airlines Enrich, Qantas Frequent Flyer, Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer or Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and 14 business days for Etihad Guest or Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus.
  5. The program rules of each Mileage Program is subject to change including regulations, policies, benefits, conditions of participation or mileage levels, in whole or in part at any time with or without notice and Citibank does not accept any responsibility in relation thereto.

Instant Redemption at Travel Agencies

  1. The promotion period is available from now till December 31, 2016.
  2. Principal Cardholders may request to instantly convert all available Points from their Card accounts to Rebate, which would be used to settle the purchases after any applicable discounts at the designated stores ("Instant Redemption Service"); the Rebate converted is up to the required amount for the purchases.
  3. Every 150 Points can be converted to a HK$1 rebate, which can be used to offset transaction amount of HK$1 at the designated stores. Any remaining balance after deduction of the Rebate must be settled with the same Card.
  4. Principal Cardholders are required to sign for acknowledgement after using the Instant Redemption Service.
  5. Once the request for Instant Redemption Service is accepted by Citibank and the respective merchant, it cannot be changed/cancelled/refunded and the Rebate cannot be transferred/exchanged/refunded under any circumstances.
  6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
  7. Citibank and the respective merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchant.

Terms and Conditions of "Points for Cash"

  1. The promotion period is available from now until December 31, 2016.
  2. Principal Cardholders can redeem HK$1 cash rebate ("Cash Rebate") with 250 Points. Once the request is accepted by Citibank, the equivalent Points will be deducted from the Card account. The Cash Rebate will be credited to the account in 7 calendar days and the request will be shown in the Cardholders' following statement of account. The Cash Rebate cannot offset Minimum Payment Due of each statement cycle.
  3. Each time a conversion is made, the total amount of Cash Rebate to be converted must be in whole number and in the multiple of 250 Points.
  4. Principal Cardholders shall make sure they have sufficient Points in their Card account to settle their request. The request will be cancelled automatically in case of insufficient Points in account.
  5. In case of any fraud / abuse in respect of this Program, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the Cardholders' eligibility to participate in this Program, suspend the Cardholders' credit card for investigation and debit the Cardholders' account with the equivalent amount of the Rebate redeemed under this Program without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions of Complimentary Access to Hong Kong International Airport Lounges

  1. Each Cardholder can enjoy complimentary access to the Plaza Premium Lounge or Wellness Spa & Salon 4 times per calendar year. Visits by the principal and supplementary Cardholders will be counted cumulatively.
  2. If the Cardholder exceeds 4 visits to the Plaza Premium Lounge or Wellness Spa & Salon per calendar year, the Cardholder shall pay an entrance fee of HK$200 for each additional access. The entrance fee shall be debited from the Cardholder's Card account directly within 4 months from the access date.
  3. Each accompanying guest shall pay an entrance fee of HK$200 for each access, which will be debited from the Cardholders's Card account directly within 4 months from the access date. Other fees may apply depending on services chosen and selected location entered.
  4. The same day boarding pass must be presented to enjoy the access to the Plaza Premium Lounge or Wellness Spa & Salon.
  5. Enjoy all-day food and beverages, shower facility, internet access, international newspaper/ magazines and international TV Channel, etc. (Service is subject to availability).

Terms & Conditions of Global Travel Protection

  1. The promotion period is available from now until December 31, 2016.
  2. Principal Cardholders are required to settle travel fares in full with their Card in order to enjoy the offer.
  3. The offer only covers Principal Cardholders, their legally married spouses who are aged under 76 and/or dependent children who are unmarried and unemployed and aged between 15 days and 18 years or up to 23 years who are also full time students.
  4. Compensation applies to Principal Cardholders under the age of 76.
  5. Citibank is not the insurance underwriter of the Global Travel Insurance ("the Policy"). AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited is the insurance underwriter ("the Insurance Underwriter") of the Policy above and is solely responsible for all coverage and compensation.   1. The promotion period is available from now until December 31, 2016.
  2. Principal Cardholders are required to settle payments with their Card in order to enjoy the offers.
  3. The offer starts upon Principal Cardholders charging their purchase to the Card for a period of 30 days. For item purchased under a merchandising program, coverage of 30 days shall commence from the date of delivery of merchandise in undamaged condition to the Principal Cardholder.
