| Remarks |

1. The calculation above is according to the conversion rate of Asia Miles / KrisFlyer. The equivalent converted mileage is subject to the conversion rate of the chosen Mileage Program. Cardholder can redeem 1 Asia Miles/ KrisFlyer mile (12 Points) for every HK$8 local spending/ HK$4 overseas spending, OR 1 Royal Orchid Plus/ Skymiles mile (13 Points) for every HK$8.7 local spending/ HK$4.4 overseas spending. Overseas spending is defined as transactions made outside of Hong Kong (excluding Mainland China and Macau) or internet transactions, in which the transaction is settled in foreign currency.
Citibank PremierMiles Card Reward Program
General Terms & Conditions
1. Citibank PremierMiles Card Reward Program ("Reward Program") is open to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Citibank PremierMiles Card (“Card”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”). Only Cardholders whose Card accounts are valid, in good standing and in compliance with conditions that may be imposed by Citibank from time to time will be eligible to participate in the Reward Program.
2. Points (“Points”) earned in respect of any supplementary Card will be attributed to its principal Card and can only be redeemed by the principal Cardholders.
3.Cardholders will be awarded 1.5 Points for every HK$1 (or equivalent foreign currency) local spending and 3 Points for every HK$1 (or equivalent foreign currency) overseas spending. Overseas spending is defined as transactions, including internet transactions, which are settled in currencies except Hong Kong dollars, Renminbi or Macau Patacas, i.e. no conversion from a foreign currency into Hong Kong dollar, Renminbi or Macau Patacas is involved at the point of the transaction and the transaction currency as shown on the sales draft (if applicable) is not in Hong Kong dollar, Renminbi or Macau Patacas. Citibank reserves the right to change the ratio between (a) Points to be awarded; and (b) the specified amount charged to the Card account upon notice.
4. Points will not be awarded on ineligible transactions including but not limited to cash advances, fees and charges, withdrawal amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program and Dial-a-Check Installment Program, casino transactions, online bill payment, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, unposted/ cancelled/ refunded charges, and other charges designated by Citibank from time to time at its discretion.
5. Points earned and redeemed in each statement cycle will be shown on the relevant statement of account.
6. Unless otherwise specified, Points are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
7. Once the request for redemption is confirmed by Citibank, it cannot be changed, cancelled, transferred, exchanged or refunded.
8. Citibank reserves the right to terminate this Reward Program or amend its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Mileage Conversion
10. Principal Cardholders can convert his/her Points to miles of Asia Miles, KrisFlyer, Royal Orchid Plus and SkyMiles (each a “Mileage Program”) for free by calling 24-Hour PremierMiles Service Line at 2860 0360. Every 12 Points can be converted to 1 mile of Asia Miles or KrisFlyer; and every 13 Points can be converted to 1 mile of Royal Orchid Plus or SkyMiles.
11. Principal Cardholders must convert to a minimum of 500 miles for Asia Miles and KrisFlyer, 1,500 miles for SkyMiles and 2,000 miles for Royal Orchid Plus each time a conversion is made; thereafter conversion must be in the multiple of 500 miles.
12. Principal Cardholders must be a member of the respective Mileage Program and be able to provide a valid membership number of his /her own Mileage Program account when converting Points to miles. Citibank will not accept any liability in relation to any loss incurred due to incorrect information provided by the principal Cardholders.
13. Once the request for redemption is confirmed by Citibank, mileage conversion will be completed in 4 business days for Asia Miles and KrisFlyer, and 8 business days for SkyMiles and Royal Orchid Plus.
14. The program rules of each Mileage Program is subject to change including regulations, policies, benefits, conditions of participation or mileage levels, in whole or in part at any time with or without notice and Citibank does not accept any responsibility in relation thereto.
Auto Mileage Conversion Program (Not open for new application from Jan 1, 2013 onwards)
15. Principal Cardholders can choose to enroll in the Auto Mileage Conversion Program to regularly convert his/her Points to any one of the Mileage Programs on every statement cycle. If there are insufficient Points for converting to miles, the Points will be brought forward to the next statement cycle.
16. To enroll in the Auto Mileage Conversion Program, principal Cardholders must complete the relevant enrolment form and return to Citibank. The enrolment process will take 6 to 8 weeks.
17. Principal Cardholders can change the Mileage Program enrolment or cancel the enrolment in the Auto Mileage Conversion Program by calling 24-Hour PremierMiles Service Line at 2860 0360. Any change or cancellation will take 6 to 8 weeks.
18. Principal Cardholders whose Cards are issued on or after October 15, 2010 will be charged a handling fee of HK$200 for new enrolment in the Auto Mileage Conversion Program or each time a change is made to the Mileage Program enrolment.
Rebate Conversion (Not applicable for Cardholders who have enrolled in the Auto Mileage Conversion Program)
19. Principal Cardholders can convert his/her Points to rebate (“Rebate”) for free by calling 24-Hour PremierMiles Service Line at 2860 0360. Every 150 Points can be converted to HK$1 worth Rebate.
20. Each time a conversion is made, the total amount of Rebate to be converted must be in whole number and cannot exceed the total amount of the unredeemed travel transactions as defined in clause 21 posted in the recent two statements of account. No conversion can be made if Principal Cardholders have no travel transactions posted in the recent two statements of account.
21. A travel transaction means any of the following transactions conducted through the Card:
a. Transactions made at any travel agents ( including online travel agents) or airlines, and paid in Hong Kong dollars; and/or
b. Retail transactions, including internet retail transactions, paid in any currency except Hong Kong dollars.
22. Once the request for redemption is confirmed by Citibank, the Rebate shall be credited to the Card account in 5 business days and be redeemable to offset the transaction amounts to be posted in that statement cycle excluding the Minimum Payment Due. Every HK$1 Rebate can be used to offset HK$1 transaction amount. Any unredeemed Rebate will be accumulated until the Card account is terminated.
Instant Redemption at Lotus Tours
23. Unless otherwise specified, the offers apply to principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citibank PremierMiles Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").
24. Unless otherwise specified, Citibank PremierMiles Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions apply.
25. Instant redemption service is available from September 28, 2012 to December 31, 2013 at any participating outlet(s) of Lotus Tours as specified below ("Designated Stores"):
(a) 36/F Manhattan Place, 23 Wang Tai Rd, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon
(b) 7/F May May Bldg, 683-685 Nathan Rd, Mongkok, Kowloon
26. Cardholders may request to instantly convert all available Points from their Eligible Card accounts to Rebate, which would be used to settle the purchases after any applicable discounts at the Designated Stores ("Instant Redemption Service"); the Rebate converted is up to the required amount for the purchases.
27. Every 150 Points can be converted to a HK$1 rebate, which can be used to offset transaction amount of HK$1 at the Designated Stores. Any remaining balance after deduction of the Rebate must be settled with the same Eligible Card.
28. Cardholders are required to sign for acknowledgement after using the Instant Redemption Service.
29. Once the request for Instant Redemption Service is accepted by Citibank and Lotus Tours, it cannot be changed/cancelled/refunded and the Rebate cannot be transferred/exchanged/refunded under any circumstances.
30. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. Lotus Tours is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
31. Citibank and Lotus Tours reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
32. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Lotus Tours.
33. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions for Instant Redemption Service at EGL Tours
General Terms and Conditions
34. Unless otherwise specified, the offers apply to principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citibank PremierMiles Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").
35. Unless otherwise specified, Citibank PremierMiles Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions apply.
36. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. EGL Tours is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
37. Citibank and EGL Tours reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

40. Instant redemption service is available from March 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 at any participating outlet(s) of EGL Tours as specified below ("Designated Stores"):

41. Cardholders may request to convert all available Points from their Eligible Card accounts to Rebate instantly, which would be used to settle the purchases after any applicable discounts at the Designated Stores ("Instant Redemption Service"); the Rebate converted is up to the required amount for the purchases.
42. Every 150 Points can be converted to HK$1 worth rebate, which can be used to offset transaction amount of HK$1 at the Designated Stores. Any remaining balance after deduction of the Rebate must be settled with the same Eligible Card.

Terms and Conditions for The Hong Kong Jockey Club VIP Box Acess:
The promotion period is valid from September 8, 2012 till July 10, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
