Unless otherwise specified, the offers apply to principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Citibank Credit Cards or Citibank Cobrand Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”). Citibank Rewards UnionPay Card and Citibank Renminbi Credit Cards are not eligible. |

Cardholders are required to book and stay at the hotel during the respective promotion period, and settle payment with Eligible Credit Card in order to enjoy the offers. |
| 3. |
Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, discounted items and fixed-price items, nor be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products. |
| 4. |
Cardholders must make Agoda hotel bookings via Citibank landing page (www.citibank.com.hk/agoda) to enjoy the offers. From the Citibank landing page, Cardholders will then be directed to the specific Agoda webpage. |
| 5. |
Reservations made directly through the Agoda website (www.agoda.com) will not be offered the above offers and refund will not be arranged. |
| 6. |
Offers are applicable to Agoda selected merchant (pre-paid) hotels only (as defined in Clause 7), room types and destinations. |
| 7. |
A merchant (pre-paid) hotel is a hotel which the customer has paid for in full via the Agoda website at the time of reservation. Agoda is the party handling and receiving payment directly from the cardholders. |
| 8. |
Offers are applicable to hotel room charges only. Local government taxes and service charge may apply. |
| 9. |
Offers are subject to availability of respective hotels, and Cardholders need to present their valid Eligible Credit Cards upon arrival. |
| 10. |
Cancellation or change of schedule has to be arranged directly via Agoda website and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective hotels. Customers may refer to the Booking Confirmation e-mail or contact the customer service officer of Agoda. |

Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. Agoda is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services. |

| “10% off at Selected Destinations” Terms and Conditions: |
| 1. |
Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). |
| 2. |
Cardholders are entitled to receive 10% off pre-paid hotels when they book and stay at selected destinations during the promotion period. For other destinations, Cardholders are entitled to the discounts of the Agoda Year-Round Promotion based on the type of Eligible Credit Card used at the time of hotel booking. |
| 3. |
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the discounts of the Agoda Year-round Promotion. |

| “Agoda Year-Round Promotion” Terms and Conditions: |

Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from July 17, 2012 to December 31, 2013, both dates inclusive (“Year-Round Promotion Period”). |

Unless otherwise specified, the discounts enjoyed by Cardholders are subject to the type of Eligible Credit Card used at time of hotel booking. Citibank Ultima Card or PremierMiles Card can enjoy 7% discount; all other Citibank Platinum Card or Titanium MasterCard can enjoy 6% discount; Citibank Gold or Classic Card can enjoy 5% discount. |
