General Terms and Conditions:
1.	Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from April 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012("Promotion Period")(both dates inclusive).
2.	Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to Principal and Supplementary Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citibank Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank"); Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers ("Cardmembers") of Diners Club Personal Cards issued by Diners Club International (HK) Limited ("Diners") ("Eligible Cards"). However, holders of Citibank Renminbi Card and Citibank Business Card are not eligible for this promotion.
3.	Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to retail transaction made by Eligible Cards during Promotion Period (Definition of Eligible Cards and Promotion Period may vary for different rewards and shall be referred to the corresponding sections) at Hong Kong ifc mall ("ifc mall") which includes all the shopping or dining outlets listed on the official ifc mall Directory printed by ifc mall ("Designated Outlets"). Eligible Transactions include all posted retail transactions with original credit card sales slips and merchant sales receipts and posted monthly installment of interest free installment plan made with Eligible Cards at designated outlets only ("Eligible Transactions"). Other transactions include but not limited to traveler's checks, bank handling fees & charges (annual fee, financial charges, late charges, over-limit charges, cash advance fees and other fees and charges), utilities bill payments, online bill payments, recurring payments, Octopus automatic add value service amount, unposted monthly installment of interest free installment plan, unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized/ fraud/ abuse transactions and any transactions without credit card sales slips and merchant sales receipts such as online purchases, mail/ fax/ phone/ online orders are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion applies to final amount of Eligible Transactions charged to the Eligible Cards after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of Cash Vouchers only ("Net Spending Amount").
4.	Citibank Service Counter ("Citibank Service Counter – ifc mall") is located at Podium Level 2 ifc mall (near Shop 2050-53) and opening hours are from Monday to Sunday 11a.m. to 10p.m. (Opening hours of public holiday may vary ; any special arrangements will be announced at Citibank Service Counter – ifc mall in advance.)
5.	Citibank and Diners will determine the eligibility of Cardholders/Cardmembers for this promotion based on the Cardholders/Cardmembers transaction record held with Citibank and Diners. In case of disputes, record held with Citibank and Diners shall prevail.
6.	Cardholders/Cardmembers must keep all original printed credit card sales slips and merchant sales receipts of Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank and Diners. In case of disputes, Cardholders/Cardmembers are required to submit the relevant original sales receipts, credit card sales slips and /or relevant documents or proofs for further investigation by Citibank and Diners during or after Promotion Period. All relevant documents submitted to Citibank and Diners will not be returned.
7.	Cardholders/Cardmembers should maintain valid credit card accounts with a good credit record during the Promotion Period and at the time of promotion offers or prizes are rewarded, Citibank and Diners reserve the right to forfeit the promotion offers or prizes without prior notice.
8.	If Cardholders/Cardmembers have cancelled or reserved any related transactions which have been included in calculating for the offers or prizes after receiving the offers or prizes and subsequently the accumulated transactions could not meet the spending requirement, Citibank and Diners have the right to debit the related offers or prizes from Eligible Card Account without prior notice.
9.	Split transactions will not be accepted. In case there is any abuse / misuse of the Eligible Cards to the promotion, Citibank and Diners reserve the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of the prizes/gifts from the card account without prior notice, forfeit the cardholder's eligibility to be entitled to the offers, and / or suspend the Credit Card Account for investigation without prior notice.
10.	Card acceptance will be subject to the policies of the relevant Designated Outlets.
11.	Other terms and conditions of the Designated Outlets apply. Designated Outlets may offer special discounts to Cardholders/Cardmembers. The details, terms and conditions of such discount offers are subject to change without prior notice. Cardholders/Cardmembers are advised to check the details with the sales staff at Designated Outlets.
12.	Citibank, Diners and International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. ("ifc") shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
13.	Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Diners, and the Designated Outlets' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
14.	Citibank, Diners, ifc and the Designated Outlets reserve the right to amend the offers and Terms & Conditions without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Diners, ifc and the Designated Outlets.
15.	In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions for "Spending Rebate" and "Extra Bonus Rewards":
16.	Cardholders/Cardmembers who make accumulative Net Spending Amount of HK$2,000 or above on the same day with the same Eligible Card (Inclusive of its Supplementary Card(s)) at ifc mall during the Promotion Period, are entitled to receive Spending Rebate ("Spending Rebate"). Details as follow:
	Accumulative Net Spending Amount made on the same day (will be rounded to the nearest HK$1) Value of Spending Rebate HK$2,000 – HK$7,499 HK$50 HK$7,500 – HK$14,999 HK$200 HK$15,000 or above HK$400
17.	Cardholders/Cardmembers who make accumulative Net Spending Amount of HK$30,000 or above per month for 3 consecutive months (i.e. April 1 to April 30, 2012, May 1 to May 31, 2012, June 1 to June 30, 2012) with the same Eligible Card (Inclusive of its Supplementary Cards) at ifc mall during the Promotion Period are entitled to receive extra HK$1,000 Spending Rebate ( "Extra Bonus Rewards")
18.	Each Cardholder/Cardmember has to register every time upon reaching the daily spending requirement for Spending Rebate and bring along the original printed credit card sales slips, the original printed merchant sales receipts and the Eligible Card to Citibank Service Counter – ifc mall within 7 days after Eligible Transactions / on or before June 30, 2012 (whichever date is earlier). Late registration will not be accepted. Each credit card sales slip and merchant sales receipt can only be used to redeem Spending Rebate and Extra Bonus Rewards once only. Each Eligible Card (inclusive of its Supplementary Card(s)) is entitled to receive a maximum of HK$800 Spending Rebate per month and a maximum of HK$2,000 Spending Rebate for the entire promotion (exclude the extra HK$1,000 Spending Rebate to be received from Extra Bonus Rewards).
19.	Cardholders/Cardmembers will be automatically enrolled for Extra Bonus Rewards along with registration of Spending Rebate.
20.	Each Eligible Card is required to register separately to participate in the Promotion.
21.	Eligible transactions made by the registered Principal Card and its Supplementary Cards will be calculated collectively.
22.	Spending Rebate will be credited to the Principal Card Account of the registered card by August 31, 2012 and shown on the monthly statement.
Terms and Conditions for "Instant Lucky Draw":
23.	Cardholders/Cardmembers who make accumulative Net Spending Amount of HK$2,000 or above on the same day with the same Eligible Card (Inclusive of its Supplementary card(s)) at ifc mall during the Promotion Period, are entitled to participate in ifc mall Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw"). Cardholders/Cardmembers can participate in the Lucky Draw at Citibank Service Counter – ifc mall within 7 days after Eligible Transactions / on or before June 30, 2012 (whichever date is earlier), late entries will not be entertained; number of Lucky Draw chances is subject to daily accumulated net spending amount:- Accumulative Net Spending Amount made on the same day (will be rounded to the nearest HK$1) No. of Lucky Draw Chance(s) HK$2,000 – HK$7,499 1 HK$7,500 – HK$14,999 2 HK$15,000 or above 3
24.	All Eligible Transactions made on the same day with the same Eligible Card will be calculated collectively to determine the number of Lucky Draw Chance(s) entitled.
25.	Cardholders/Cardmembers are entitled to the chances of winning HK$1,000 spending rebate, designated gift vouchers or special gifts ("Prizes").
26.	Eligible transactions made by the registered Principal Card and Supplementary cards will be calculated collectively.
27.	Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotion, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred, resell or exchanged for cash or other offers.
28.	Each Eligible Transaction can be registered once only for Lucky Draw and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional programs of Citibank and Diners.
29.	Diners agrees and authorizes Citibank to organize Lucky Draw for the Cardholders of Diners Club Personal Card (Principle and Supplementary Cards) issued by Diners.
Terms and Conditions for Instant Citibank Rewards Promotion (Applicable at ifc mall only):
30.	Other than specified, the promotion applies to Principal Cardholders ( "Cardholders" ) of Citibank Classic Card, Citibank Gold Card, Citibank Rewards Card ( Former name is Citibank Platinum Card ), Citibank Ultima Card, Citibank AXA Credit card and Citibank I.T Visa Card issued by Citibank ( Hong Kong ) Limited ( "Citibank" ); Principal Cardmembers ( "Cardmembers" ) of Diners Club Personal Card (HK dollar) issued by Diners Club International ( HK ) Limited ( "Diners" ) ("Eligible Cards").
31.	ifc mall Instant Citibank Rewards Promotion is only applicable at Citibank Service Counter – ifc Mall by using a fixed amount of Rewards Points to redeem a designated gift. Cardholders/Cardmembers are required to sign for acknowledgement upon successful redemption.
32.	Gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
33.	Pooling points from other cards under the same name of Cardholders/Cardmembers are not allowed under ifc mall Instant Redemption Promotion.
34.	All redemptions are subject to the accumulation of sufficient rewards points at the time of redemption. Orders will be cancelled automatically in the event of insufficient rewards points.
35.	The Rewards Points will be instantly deducted from the Eligible Card accounts. No cancellation or refund is allowed. Spending Rebate earned from "Shop First Cash Back" will be credited to Eligible Cards within 5 working days and will be shown on card statement.
36.	Other Terms & Conditions of the Designated Outlets apply. Citibank, Diners, ifc and the Designated Outlets reserve the right to amend the offer and Terms and Conditions without prior notice, all matters and dispute are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Diners, ifc and the Designated Outlets.

Terms and Conditions for Instant Citibank Rewards Promotion - city'super shopping vouchers redemption:
38.	Cardholders/Cardmembers are entitled to enjoy 20% off on points redemption of HK$100 city'super Shopping Voucher upon any single purchase of HK$500 or above at city'super in ifc mall within the Promotion Period (i.e. 20,000 points to redeem a HK$100 city'super Shopping Voucher), or enjoy 40% off on points redemption of HK$200 city'super Shopping Voucher upon any single purchase of HK$1,000 or above at city'super in ifc mall within the Promotion Period (i.e. 30,000 points to redeem a HK$200 city'super Shopping Voucher).
39.	city'super Shopping Vouchers have to be utilized with the remaining balance settled by Eligible Cards and must be presented before payment. More than one Shopping Voucher can be used at the same time.
40.	Rewards points redemption of city'super Shopping Voucher is only applicable at Citibank Service Counter – ifc Mall by using 20,000 or 30,000 Rewards Points to redeem $100 or $200 city'super Shopping Voucher respectively. Cardholders/Cardmembers are required to sign for acknowledgement upon successful redemption.
Terms and Conditions for Instant Citibank Rewards Promotion - Shop First Cash Back:
41.	Spending Rebate earned from "Shop First Cash Back" ("Rebate") - Cardholders/Cardmembers are required to settle payments with Eligible Cards in order to enjoy offers. Cardholders/Cardmembers can redeem HK$50 spending rebate on the transaction at the merchants within ifc mall for every 10,000 rewards points. The maximum rebate amount is subject to the transaction amount of the relevant sales slip. Redemption must be in multiples of HK$50.
42.	Cardholders/ Cardmembers have to redeem the Rebate during the opening hours (from 11am to 10pm) of Citibank Service Counter – ifc mall within 7 days of transaction or on or before June 30, 2012 (whichever date is earlier) by presenting Eligible Card(s), the original printed credit card sales slip(s) and merchant sales receipt(s). Late redemption will not be accepted.
