- The promotion period is valid from May 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013, both days inclusive. (The “Promotion Period”).
- Referrer must be an existing principal cardholder of Citibank PremierMiles Card / Citibank Rewards Card / Octopus Citibank Credit Card / Shell Citibank Platinum Card/Citibank I.T Visa Card (“Referrer’s Designated Card”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong ) Limited ("Citibank").
- Referee must successfully apply for a principal card of the Citibank PremierMiles Card or the Shell Citibank Platinum Card (“Referee’s Designated Card”) issued by Citibank and provide the Referrer’s Designated Card number through the dedicated website during the Promotion Period (“Successful Referral”). Referees who currently hold and / or have held any principal card of Citibank Credit Card and / or Citibank Private Label Card issued by Citibank and / or Diners Club Card issued by Diners Club International (HK) Limited within the past 12 months from the date of issue of the Referee’s Designated Card will not be eligible to participate in this program.
- Each referee can only be referred ONCE during the entire Promotion Period. If the same referee submits more than one Successful Referral with different Referrer’s Designated Card numbers, only the referrer whose Referrer’s Designated Card number has been submitted in the first Successful Referral on Citibank’s record will be eligible to receive the rewards.
- Both Referrer’s Designated Card and Referee’s Designated Card must be valid and in good standing during the entire Promotion Period and rewards fulfillment period in order for the referrers to receive the rewards.
- A referrer will be offered HK$100 cash rebate for each Successful Referral and an extra HK$4,000 Wing On Travel Cash Coupon for 3 or more Successful Referrals during the Promotion Period. Referrer may use the HK$4,000 Wing On Travel Cash Coupon to redeem for a Wing On Travel package of equivalent value. Cash rebate will be credited into the Referrer’s Designated Card accounts provided by the referees during application by September 30, 2013. Cash coupon will be mailed to the referrers’ correspondence address by December 31, 2013.
- Referees are required to ensure the accuracy and validity of the referrers’ credit card number provided through the dedicated website, and the record cannot be changed once submitted.
- Frontline sales of Citibank do not qualify to be a referrer; employees of Citibank or Citibank N.A or its subsidiaries do not qualify to be a referee.
- Cash rebate earned from this program cannot be used to settle any previous outstanding balances, withdrawn as cash advance, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
- Citibank is not a supplier or service provider of the rewards and shall not be responsible for any matters relating to the products or services provided. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to such products or services.
- Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend these and relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
- In the case of discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
