Term and Conditions for "5X Points" Program ("This Program"):
1. Unless otherwise specified, This Program applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citibank Rewards Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").
2. This program is valid from July 1, 2010 (based on the transaction date). This program is valid until further notice.
3. To enjoy the offer of 5X Rewards Points Program ("5X Program"), Cardholders must make qualified transactions as stipulated in clause 5 below during This Program with Eligible Card in the categories including Department Stores, Supermarket and Telecommunication ("Qualified Transactions"). All Qualified Transactions are entitled to 5X Rewards Points for which 5 rewards points will be rewarded for every transaction of HK$1, basic spending reward of 1 rewards point is included. Qualified Transactions made by both Principal and Supplementary Cardholder(s) of the same Eligible Card account are counted collectively in calculating the rewards points.
4. Extra rewards points will be credited to the eligible card account a day after the transattion is posted. Cardholders are entitled to 50,000 extra rewards points at maximum per statement period, subject to 600,000 extra rewards points per year. 5. Qualified Transactions include only authorized local retail transactions made at Designated Merchants’ categories with physical sales slips posted to Eligible Card accounts. The Merchants’ categories are subjected to the definition of Visa and MasterCard International Merchant Data Standards and the setting of Acquiring Bank. Any unposted / cancelled / refunded / falsified / unauthorized transactions and interest-free installment plan are excluded.
6. Any transaction that is found fraudulent, un-posted, eventually cancelled or refunded will result in forfeiture of a Cardholder's eligibility to participate in This Program as well as cancellation of the rewards or prizes. Citibank further reserves the right to charge the equivalent value of the rewards or prizes and debit from the card account directly without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances.
7. Cardholders are required to settle payment with Eligible Card in order to enjoy offers. Unless otherwise specified, Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotion or discounts or promotional coupons or exchange for cash.
8. Availability of the offers is subject to stock availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank absolute discretion. All photos and price are for reference only. 9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

(1) Terms and Conditions for Airport Lounge Privilege
1.	The promotion period is valid from May 1,2012 until further notice.
2.	The Boarding Pass on the day of travel must be presented to enjoy the offer.
3.	Cardholders are required to settle payments with the Eligible Card to enjoy the offer.
4.	Cardholders can enjoy the following lounge service at the Hong Kong International Airport by HK$250 per service per visit. Designated services include (a) 2-hour lounge usage at The Travelers' Lounge (b) 15-minute seated massage (c) 10-minute water bed therapy (d) free shampoo & blow-dry services at Wellness Salon.
5.	Cardholders’ accompanying guest is subject to an entrance fee of HK$250 per person. There is no limit of the number of accompanying guests per visit.
6.	Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality of the products or services offered. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or service and all auxiliary services.

(2) Terms and conditions for the Hong Kong Jockey Club "Citibank Rewards Card" VIP Box privileges
1.	The promotion period is valid from September 11, 2011 till July 15, 2012.
2.	Admission is restricted to aged 18 or above on race dates.
3.	Seats are open for reservation 30 calendar days prior to the race day, until the seventh calendar day before the race day. A full list of guest name(s) is required upon booking and the booking fee and/or rewards points will be charged to the Cardholders’ Eligible Card account.
4.	Each cardholder can book a maximum of 24 seats for each race day in Happy Valley, for the race day in Shatin, the maximum seats are 60 seats.
5.	The admission badges will be dispatched by courier to 1 specified mailing address within 3 calendar days prior to the race day. Courier services are not applicable to outlying islands.
6.	Seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability of VIP Boxes during the horse-racing season. Admission badges are not transferable and no replacement will be entertained.
7.	If Cardholders cancel the reservation or fail to show up, their fees and/or rewards points will not be refunded. Cardholders are required to observe the Rules and By-laws of the Club.
8.	Cardholders are entitled to enjoy Buy-1-Get-1-Free of the HKJC VIP Box access, and the offer is applicable to either payment means by the Eligible Card.
9.	The complimentary access has to be used together with the non-complimentary access on the same race day. No compensation will be made if the complimentary access is not fulfilled.
10.	The maximum complimentary entitlement is 2 persons per card account per race day, i.e. if the total attendance is 4 people, cardholders will need to pay for or redeemed 2 accesses, and will be entitled to have 2 complimentary accesses on the same race day. If the total attendance is 6 people, cardholders will need to pay for or redeemed 4 accesses, and will be entitled to have a maximum of 2 complimentary accesses on the same race day. The booking fee of paid accesses has to be settled by the same Rewards Card's account.
