General Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, this program applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citibank Rewards Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").

2. To enjoy the offers, Cardholders must make qualified transactions with an Eligible Card in the designated merchant categories, which are Department Stores, Supermarkets and Telecommunications in Hong Kong ("Designated Merchant Categories") ("Qualified Transactions"). Telecommunication spending stands for transactions at designated Telecommunication companies and monthly autopay of telecommunication bill payments, such as household fixed line, mobile services, internet services and pay TV.

3. Designated Merchant Categories are subject to the definition of Visa, MasterCard International and China UnionPay's Merchant Data Standards and the settings of the Acquiring Bank. Qualified Transactions made by principal and supplementary Cardholder(s) of the same Eligible Card account are counted collectively in calculating the Points. Qualified Transactions do not include any unposted / cancelled / refunded / falsified / unauthorized transactions / interest-free installment plans or transactions made overseas, including Mainland China and Macau. Qualified Transactions shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Citibank. If Cardholders have subsequently cancelled / reversed any transactions in respect of which offers are awarded, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of such offers directly from the credit card account without prior notice.

4. In case there is any fraud / abuse, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of the offers awarded under this program directly from the credit card account, forfeit the Cardholder's eligibility to be entitled to the offers, and/or suspend the credit card account for investigation without prior notice.

5. Cardholders must maintain valid credit card accounts with good credit record in order to be eligible for the offers. Citibank reserves the right to charge the equivalent value of the Points directly from the credit card account without prior notice.

6. Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotion or discounts or promotional coupons or exchanged for cash.

7. Citibank Rewards Program Terms and Conditions apply.

8. Citibank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank.

10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions for the "5X Points" Program:

11. This program is valid from now until further notice (based on the transaction date).

12. All Qualified Transactions are entitled to 5X Points for which 5 Points will be rewarded for every HK$1 charged, including the basic spending reward of 1 Point awarded under the Citibank Rewards Program and the "Extra Points" (i.e. 4 Points for every HK$1 charged).

13. Extra Points will be credited to the Eligible Card account a day after the transaction is posted. Each Eligible Card account is entitled to a maximum of 50,000 Extra Points per statement period.

General Terms and Conditions for the offers of The Hong Kong Jockey Club

The promotion period is valid from September 8, 2012 till July 10, 2013 ("the Promotion Period").
Unless otherwise specified, the offers of the Hong Kong Jockey Club applies to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citibank Rewards Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").
Cardholders are required to settle payments with the Eligible Card to enjoy the offers.
Admission is restricted to aged 18 or above on race dates.
Seats are open for reservation 30 calendar days prior to the race day, until the seventh calendar day before the race day. A full list of guest name(s) is required upon booking and the booking fee and/or rewards points will be charged to the Cardholders' Eligible Card account.
Each cardholder can book a maximum of 24 seats for each race day in Happy Valley, for the race day in Shatin, the maximum seats are 60 seats.
The admission badges will be dispatched by courier to 1 specified mailing address within 3 calendar days prior to the race day. Courier services are not applicable to outlying islands. Admission badges are not transferable and no replacement will be entertained.
Seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability of VIP Boxes during the horse-racing season. Cardholders are not allowed to relocate or change the assigned table / table number, nor combining tables without getting consent from Hong Kong Jockey Club.
If Cardholders cancel the reservation or fail to show up, their fees and/or rewards points will not be refunded. Cardholders are required to observe the Rules and By-laws of the Hong Kong Jockey Club

Citibank Rewards Cardholders are entitled to enjoy Buy-2-Get-2-Free of the Hong Kong Jockey Club VIP Box access, and the offer is applicable to reservations which are paid or redeemed with Citibank Rewards Card.
The complimentary access has to be used together with the non-complimentary access on the same race day. No compensation will be made if the complimentary access is not fulfilled.

The maximum free entitlement for each account is 2 persons per race day. Cardholders are required to settle all reservation charges with the same Eligible Card to enjoy the offer.
