1.If you have at least one retail purchase (other than Shell fuel purchase) in any statement month, you will enjoy at least HK$1.0/L fuel rebate in that month.If you only have Shell fuel purchase in any statement month, you will enjoy HK$0.9/L fuel rebate in that month.

2.If your total spending (include at least one retail purchase) in any statement month reaches HK$2,001, the first 180L of fuel will be entitled to an extra fuel rebate of HK$0.1/L. Thereafter for every HK$1,000 incremental total spending, there will be an additional HK$0.1/L extra fuel rebate.

Shell Citibank Platinum Card Program Highlights

1. Shell Citibank Platinum Card Rebate Program (the “Rebate Program”) is open to any Customers of the Card. Fuel Rebate (“Fuel Rebate”) is calculated monthly based on the posted transactions during the billing statement cycle and will be shown in the monthly statement as “fuel rebate”. Fuel Rebate will be credited to the billing statement and automatically deducted from the value of the Fuel Purchases (“Fuel Purchase”) in the next statement cycle.

2. (a) “Fuel Purchase” means the purchase of fuel via this Card at the filling stations of Shell Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong (the “Shell Stations”); and the volume of fuel purchased (in litres, the “Total Fuel”) includes Gasoline (i.e. Shell V-Power / Shell FuelSave) and Diesel (i.e. Shell Diesel) but excludes lubricant products and other services; (b) “Retail Purchase” means all posted transaction conducted by principal and supplementary card(s) except Fuel Purchase are included in the calculation of spending requirement. For avoidance of doubt, Retail Purchase excludes balance transfers, cash advances, Cash Conversion Program, bank fees and charges (including finance charges, late charges, cash advance fees and other fees and charges), tax payments, casino transactions, “Dial-a-Check” Installment Program, online bill payment or unposted / unauthorized / cancelled / refunded transactions.

3. “Fuel Rebate”: (a) If Customers use this Card for at least one Retail Purchase in any statement month, they will be awarded Total Fuel Rebate for that month equal to (I) HK$1.0 per litre for Total Fuel in that month; and (II) Extra Fuel Rebate (in HK$ per litre) for Total Fuel in that month (subject to the cap of 180 litres), where Extra Fuel Rebate of HK$0.1 per litre is rewarded for every HK$1,000 of Monthly Total Purchase (defined as total of Retail Purchase and Fuel Purchase). The award of the Extra Fuel Rebate will be subject to a minimum Monthly Total Purchase of HK$2,001, and the Extra Fuel Rebate will be awarded. (b) If Customers do not use this Card for any Retail Purchase in a statement month, the Total Fuel Rebate for that month equals to HK$0.9 per litre for Total Fuel. Customers cannot use this card for fuel purchases at Shell Stations in conjunction with Shell Bonus Card and any other card products operated by Shell Hong Kong Limited.

4. Fuel Rebate credited to the Card account will expire if no transaction has been made for six consecutive statement months thereafter. Should any transaction via this Card be cancelled or refunded for whatever reason, the Fuel Rebate awarded in respect to those transactions will be deducted or cancelled.

5. Citibank is entitled at any time and without any prior notice or liability to the Customers in any manner whatsoever to terminate this Rebate Program or cancel or vary its benefits or features, or vary, add to or delete any of these Terms, or withdraw or change the participants or eligible participating Shell Stations or modify or limit the value of Fuel Rebate and/or the manner of redemption of Fuel Rebate, even though any such acts may diminish the value of the Fuel Rebate already earned. Citibank shall have sole discretion in determining if any transaction shall be deemed as Fuel Purchase or Retail Purchase.

Shell Personal Card Program Highlights

1. Fuel Rebate: Customers will be awarded a Fuel Rebate of HK$0.9/L for fuel purchases (includes Gasoline (Shell V-Power / Shell FuelSave) and Diesel (Shell Diesel) but excludes lubricant products and other services) at the filling stations of Shell Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong ("Shell Stations") charged to this card. Customers cannot use this card for fuel purchases at Shell Stations in conjunction with Shell Bonus Card and any other card products operated by Shell Hong Kong Limited.

2. Fuel Rebate is calculated base on the posted transactions during the billing statement cycle and will be shown in the monthly statements as "fuel rebate". Fuel Rebate will be credited to the card account and automatically deducted from the fuel purchases at Shell Stations in the next statement cycle. Fuel Rebate cannot be converted to cash and are not transferable.

3. Fuel Rebate accumulated under this Card account will expire if no transaction has been made for six consecutive statement months.

4. Citibank is entitled at any time and without any prior notice or liability to the Customers in any manner whatsoever to terminate this Rebate Program or cancel or vary its benefits or features, or vary, add to or delete any of these Terms and Conditions, or withdraw or change the participants or eligible participating Shell Stations of this Rebate Program, or modify or limited the value of the Fuel Rebate and/or the manner of their conversion even though any of such acts may diminish the value of the Fuel Rebate already accumulated.
