| WeCare - Clinic Insurance Plan ("this Plan") |

- This Plan provides comprehensive and professional clinical services including General Practitioner's and Specialist's clinical services, minor operation, X-rays and laboratory tests, options for extra protection like Chinese Herbalist services and Eye Test are available as well.
- A Medical Network of more than 500 Network doctors located throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories. Just simply present WeCare - Clinic Membership Card and make co-payment whenever you visit a Network doctor, no claim procedures are required.
- Insured Persons aged between 15 days of birth and 60 years old are eligible for enrolment. Renewal is offered up to the age of 65. Furthermore, No medical check up for the Insured Person is needed.
- When you opt for Chinese Herbalist Consultation, stress management by Chinese Herbalist with consultation and medicine is offered to you as well.

- During the Promotion Period, each applicant who newly and successfully enrolled in WeCare - Clinic Insurance Plan or WeCare - HealthCheck Insurance Plan will be entitled to HK$100 Shopping cash coupon while each applicant who newly and successfully enrolled in both plans will be entitled to HK$300 Shopping cash coupon.
- The coupons will be mailed to the eligible policyholder's policy correspondence address, which is provided during the enrollment, within 8 to 10 weeks after Promotion Period is closed. Damage or loss of coupons will not be re-issued.
- Applicants must provide accurate correspondence address during the online enrollment. Failure to provide such information may result in the Prudential Assurance Company Limited ("Prudential") being unable to mail the coupons. Prudential shall not be responsible or liable in mail failure and the coupons will not be re-issued.
