1. New customers refer to customers who do not currently hold and/or in the past 12 months have successfully applied for or cancelled any Citibank Personal Loan, Mortgage Loan and/or Citibank Ready Credit account with Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited.

2. "Personal Loan" includes "Debt Consolidation" and "Speedy Cash".

3. "HK$50 Cash Rebate" is applicable to eligible customers who successfully apply for "Speedy Cash" / "Debt Consolidation" with all required documents submitted during Promotional Period. "HK$200 Cash Rebate" is applicable to eligible customers who successfully apply for and drawdown a "Speedy Cash" / "Debt Consolidation" during Promotional Period.

Took credit card debts HK$$100,000 as an example, assumes the monthly repayment is 5% of the highest outstanding balance, the monthly interest rate is 2.5%, the annualized percentage rate (APR) is 34.49% and the repayment is the average of the first 6-month monthly repayments. Assumes the monthly flat rate is 0.25% and the annualized percentage rate (APR) is 7.97% (including 1% p.a. handling fee), based on a 60-month repayment term. The above example is for reference only. 6. Repayment period of "Card Debt Consolidation Loan" and "Speedy Cash" are 6-60 months.

7. "Debt Consolidation" and "Speedy Cash" is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Citibank Personal Loan. Dial-a-Check Installment Program is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Citibank Credit Card "Dial-a-Check" Installment Program.

Terms and Conditions on Online Promotion

Terms and Conditions of Online Exclusive Offer ("Online Exclusive Offer")

The promotion period is from March 1, 2012 to May 18, 2012. (“Promotion Period”).

2. Online Exclusive Offer is applicable to customers who successfully apply for and drawdown a Citibank "Speedy Cash" / "Debt Consolidation" during the promotion period via Citibank Loan Services Online Application Form ("Eligible customers"). Eligible customers must not currently hold and/or in the past 12 months have successfully applied for or cancelled any Citibank Personal Loan, Mortgage Loan and/or Citibank Ready Credit account with Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank").

Terms and Conditions of Cash Rebate Offer ("Cash Rebate")

"HK$50 Cash Rebate" is applicable to eligible customers who successfully apply for "Speedy Cash" / "Debt Consolidation" with all required documents submitted during Promotional Period.

"HK$200 Cash Rebate" is applicable to eligible customers who successfully apply for and drawdown a "Speedy Cash" / "Debt Consolidation" during Promotional Period.

Cash Rebate will be credited as a one off payment to eligible customer`s relevant Repayment Account by June 30, 2012.

Terms and Conditions of Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw")

Each eligible customer will be entitled to one entry for the lucky draw ("Lucky Draw"). There will be 3 winners ("The Winners") in total for the Lucky Draw during the whole promotion period, with prize ("Prize") stated as below:

The Lucky draw will be held on June 13, 2012, and lucky draw results will be announced at www.citibank.com.hk/loan on June 27, 2012. Winners will be notified in writing/ by telephone and receive the Redemption Letter by ordinary mail on or before June 30, 2012.

Employees and their immediate family members of Citibank and its subsidiaries and employees and their immediate family members of their advertising agency are not eligible for the Lucky Draw.

General Terms and Conditions

Citibank "Speedy Cash" and "Debt Consolidation" are subject to the "Terms and Conditions for Citibank Personal Loan".

Eligible customers' accounts must be in good condition without late payment or early payment, otherwise the above mentioned offer will be forfeited.

11.

If Eligible Cardholder is found to have made early settlement of /cancel Citibank Personal Loan, Citibank reserves the right to debit:

•	the original price of the Offer as specified in clause 3, 4 & 6; AND
•	early repayment fee for Citibank Personal Loan (which is based on a rate on the entire principal amount of the Loan as set out in the Drawdown Letter).

Citibank reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13.

Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters relating to the products or services provided. The respective company is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to such products or services.

14.

In case of dispute, the decision of the Citibank shall be final and conclusive.

15.

In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between this English version of the terms and conditions and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
