|Terms and Conditions of Citi Cash Back Card 2% Cash Rebate Program:|
|1.||The promotion is valid from December 14, 2018 to June 13, 2019, inclusive of both days (“Promotion Period”).|
|2.||The offers are only applicable to Citi Cash Back Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Card”). Cardholders are required to successfully register at www.citibank.com.hk/cashback within the Promotion Period ("Registration") to be eligible for this promotion. Only the first 4,000 successfully registered cardholders (“Eligible Cardholder”) are eligible for this offer. Cardholder is required to register once only, only the latest registered Eligible Card will prevail. Registration with a supplementary card is not accepted.|
|3.||During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholder will be awarded extra 1% Cash Rebate (“Extra Cash Rebate”) for the first HK$100,000 Eligible Local Transactions (as defined in clause 4) with the Eligible Card
|4.||Eligible Local Transactions:
All posted transactions and new monthly installments of billed interest free installment plan in Hong Kong Dollar during the Promotion Period (exclude those transactions made in Hong Kong dollar which are classified as restaurants or dining merchants or hotels according to the merchant codes issued by Visa.) that are charged to the Eligible Card account during Promotion Period; Invalid Transactions include but are not limited to, cash advances, fees and charges, withdrawal amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program and Citi Credit Card "Quick Cash" Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, casino transactions, online bill payment, dynamic currency conversion transactions, transactions through Faster Payment System (FPS) Service, or unposted /canceled /refunded transactions.
|5.||Citibank have the right to update the list of Invalid Transactions as stated in Clause 4 above at its discretion. The decision of Citibank as to what constitutes an Invalid Transactions shall be final and conclusive.|
|6.||Unless otherwise specified, all Extra Cash Rebate earned by Principal and Supplementary cardholders of the same Eligible Card Account will be accumulated under Principal cardholder’s account. All Eligible Local Transactions made through Principal and Supplementary cards under the same Eligible Card Account will be counted collectively.|
|7.||Extra Cash Rebate will be credited into the Eligible Cardholder’s account by August 31, 2019.|
|8.||The Basic Cash Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Card Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of Citi Cash Back Card Rebate Program.|
|9.||Eligible Cardholder’s account must be valid and in good standing during Promotion Period and fulfillment period in order to enjoy the offer.|

|"Citi Cash Back Card Cash Rebate Program" Terms and Conditions:|
|1.||Citi Cash Back Card Cash Rebate Program ("Rebate Program") applies to the principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Cash Back Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").|
|2.||This Rebate Program applies to "Eligible Transactions" made by Citi Cash Back Card and the calculated rebate amount will be rounded to the nearest cent. The following rebates will be awarded to the correspond "Eligible Transactions":
|3.||Basic Rebate/ Foreign Currency Rebate/Local Dining Rebate/Local Hotel Spending Rebate awarded in respect of any supplementary cardholders will be attributed to their principal cardholders. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions made by principal and supplementary Cardholders under the same Eligible Card account are counted collectively.|
|4.||The full amount of earned Basic Rebate, Foreign Currency Rebate, Local Dining Rebate and Local Hotel Spending Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Card account on the following statement of account when the accumulated rebate balance reaches HK$200 or above and be used to settle the outstanding balance as well as new purchases excluding the Minimum Payment Due.|
|5.||If Cardholders have subsequently cancelled / reversed any transactions in respect of which offers are rewarded, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of such offers directly from the Eligible Card account without prior notice.|
|6.||When an Eligible Card account is closed or suspended under whatever reason, any Basic Rebate, Foreign Currency Rebate, Local Dining Rebate and Local Hotel Spending Rebate remaining in the Eligible Card account will be forfeited.|
|7.||Unless otherwise specified, the Basic Rebate, Foreign Currency Rebate, Local Dining Rebate and Local Hotel Spending Rebate is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash or other offers.|

|2.||The period of insurance is available from March 29, 2018 to March 31, 2019 (both dates inclusive).|
|3.||Principal cardholders are required to settle payments with their Eligible Card in order to enjoy the offers.|
