Privacy Notice relating to the 15% MTR, Bus, Ferry, Minibus, Tram & Taxi Fare and 5% Tunnel Toll, Parking & Electric Vehicle Charging Fee and Cross-Border Coach & Ferry Fare Rebate (“Promotion”) for Citi Octopus Credit Cardholders

This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) is intended to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be collected, used and processed by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citi" or "us") and Octopus Cards Limited (“OCL”) in connection with the Promotion.

Terms and expressions used in this Privacy Notice shall have respective meanings as defined in the Promotion Program Terms and Conditions or the Citi Octopus Credit Card Agreement unless the context requires otherwise.

In order to calculate and arrange delivery of or deliver the respective rebates under the Promotion to you, Citi needs a record of the respective aggregate amounts of eligible Octopus transactions on the Octopus function of your Principal Citi Octopus Credit Card ("Designated Credit Card") and (if any) all Supplementary Card(s) thereunder and (if applicable) the Citi Mobile Octopus of the Designated Credit Card and (if applicable) all Supplementary Card(s) thereunder (collectively, "Designated Octopus") for payment of fares for designated public transport services and/or payments for Designated Tunnel Toll, Parking and Electric Vehicle Charging Fee Payments and/or Designated Cross-Border Coach and Ferry fares in Hong Kong as listed in the table below (collectively, "Transaction Data"). Without your Transaction Data, we are unable to calculate and arrange delivery of or deliver the respective rebates under the Promotion to you.

Designated Public Transport Services / Designated Tunnel Toll, Parking and Electric Vehicle Charging Services / Designated Cross-Border Coach & Ferry Services “Designated Public Transport Services” refers to: MTR Including the MTR lines and services below: - Airport Express - Disneyland Resort Line - East Rail Line - Island Line - Kwun Tong Line - South Island Line - Tseung Kwan O Line - Tsuen Wan Line - Tung Chung Line - Light Rail - Tuen Ma Line - Light Rail Shuttle Bus Service Bus All routes provided by the buses below: - Citybus - Kowloon Motor Bus - Long Win Bus Ferry All routes provided by the ferry services below: - Sun Ferry - The Star Ferry - Hong Kong & Kowloon Ferry (including Island Ferry and Winnertex Ferry) Minibus All routes of red minibuses and green minibuses Tram All routes of electric trams Taxi All licensed taxi services "Designated Tunnel Toll, Parking and Electric Vehicle Charging Services" refers to: Top-up service for “HKeToll” Top-up amounts to “HKeToll” account for tunnel tolls Parking services Car parks and parking Electric Vehicle Charging Services Electric vehicle charging services “Designated Cross-Border Coach & Ferry Services” refers to: Cross-Border Coach  All routes provided by the franchised and licensed cross-border coach services below: - 24-Hour Cross-Boundary Express - All China Express Bus - China-Hong Kong Express - CTG Bus - Eternal East Bus - Trans-island Chinalink Cross-Border Ferry  All routes provided by the franchised and licensed cross-border ferry services below: - Cotai Water Jet - TurboJET

As a condition of participating in the Promotion and to be eligible to receive the respective rebates under the Promotion upon your fulfillment of the respective required amounts of Eligible Transactions as defined and stated in the Promotion Program Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, subject to your consent, (a) the Octopus identification number(s) of each Principal Designated Credit Card, Supplementary Card and (if applicable) Designated Octopus and (b) the transaction data relating to the respective aggregate amounts of Fare Payments and/or HKeToll Top-up, parking fees of car parks, Parking Meters and Electric Vehicle Charging Fee Payments and/or designated Cross-Border Coach and Ferry Fares Payments under each of the foregoing cards will be disclosed between OCL, the issuer of the Octopus function of the Designated Credit Card and the Designated Octopus subject to the Conditions of Issue of Octopus published by OCL (as amended from time to time), and Citi, and will be used by (i) Citi to identify and verify the eligibility of the Cardholder, and for fulfilment of the Fare Rebate and/or HKeToll Top-up, parking fees of car parks, Parking Meters and Electric Vehicle Charging Fee Payments Rebate and (ii) OCL to identify the Octopus identification number of the relevant Designated Octopus and to identify, and disclose to Citi, the relevant transaction data and/or (iii) Citi and OCL respond to your enquiries, if applicable, in connection with the Promotion (collectively, the "Approved Purpose")

Your Transaction Data will only be processed by Citi and/or OCL strictly for the Approved Purpose and not for any other purpose.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Notice relating to the Promotion, the English version shall prevail.
