  2. This Promotion is only applicable to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
  3.     3. The offers apply to the final amount of Eligible Transactions charged to the Eligible Cards after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of Cash Vouchers (if applicable) ("Net Spending Amount").
    4. This promotion is applicable to receipt of purchasing designated festive food coupons (only limited to mooncake (including ice cream mooncake) and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers), but
    5. Receipts for using designated festive food coupons (i.e. mooncake (including ice cream mooncake) and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers) and the following are not eligible to register for Offer 1 and Offer 3: Apple Store; travel agencies and cross-border buses; property agencies; fitness and beauty centers; elderly homes; medical and dental/clinic services; carwash, car care services, automotive products and related service or the purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores (this merchant list is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. For details, please contact SHKP Malls); tenants in office buildings; hotels; banking services; insurance premiums; money exchange shops; tuition/membership/any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping (except online purchase of movie tickets); telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; purchase of tickets, such as mall events or concert tickets, admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck; trade-in transactions or product redemptions; purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, game coins, gift certificates, SHKP Mall Gift Certificates; SHKP Mall e-Gift Certificates; gift cards; membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for gold saving club, payments settled by cash; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions.
  4. The operation hours and locations of the Citibank Booths ("Citi Counter ") or VIP counter/ Customer Care Centre of Participating Mall are different, for details, please refer to “Designated redemption location and time slot at Participating Malls”.
  5. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts of Eligible Transactions. for inspection upon request by Citibank.
  6. Each credit card sales slip and merchant sales receipt can be used to register for Offer 1, Offer 2 and Offer 3 ONCE only.
  7. Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and at the time when Offer 1, Offer 2 and Offer 3 are awarded or used; otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
  8. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal/cancellation of the transactions used for the award of Offer1, Offer 2 and Offer 3, Citibank reserves the right to debit from Cardholder’s Eligible Card account the equivalent value of the reward(s) without prior notice.
  9. Cardholders must be The Point by SHKP(“The Point”)  member (member name and mobile phone number must be same as Eligible Card) in order to enjoy the Offer 1, Offer 2 and Offer 3.
  10. Citibank will debit from Cardholder’s Eligible Card account the equivalent value of The Point bonus points without prior notice if the The Point bonus points credited to Cardholder are found to exceed the maximum amount mentioned in Clause 24 and 35. The Point bonus points that are redeemed cannot be returned or refunded.
  11. Offer 1, 2 and 3 are not exchangeable for cash or other items and is non-transferable. For goods exchange, return or refund, the amount of this Offer 2 will not be returned nor re-issued.
  12. Citibank, The Point, SHK Real and the Participating Malls will carry out this Promotion in accordance with applicable laws. If the Promotion cannot be carried out smoothly due to a force majeure event, Citibank, The Point, SHKP Malls Mobile Application and the Participating Malls cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute therein. A force majeure event is regarded as, including without limitation, (a) fire, flood, element of nature or other act of God, (b) epidemic or outbreak, war, riot or civil disorder, or act of terrorism; (c) Internet failure, computer, telecommunications, electrical power failure or any other equipment failure; (d) labour dispute; (e) act or omission of a government authority prohibiting or impeding the affected party from performing its obligations under this Agreement, including order of a domestic or foreign court or tribunal, governmental restriction, sanctions, restriction on foreign exchange controls; or (f) the non-performance by a third party for any similar cause beyond the reasonable control of the party (collectively, a “Force Majeure Event”).

  3. Cardholder has to register every time upon reaching the Net Spending requirement and bring along the original credit card sales slips, the original merchant sales receipts, the Eligible Card and/or present the respective mobile wallet’s account/card number under the Same Eligible Card   and provide Full Name and The Point Member ID  to the VIP counter/ Customer Care Centre or Citi Counter  (for details, please refer to “Designated redemption location and time slot at Participating Malls”) at the same mall within designated time slot on the same day when the Eligible Transactions were conducted in order to receive the Visa and CUP Rewards or Mastercard Rewards defined in Clause 21 ("Registration").  Late Registration will not be accepted.
  4. The valid receipts to be use for registration and redemption will be stamped by the staff of the participating malls after validation. Cardholder cannot request merchants to refund with the stamped merchant sales receipts.
  5. Under Visa and CUP Rewards Scheme, each Cardholder can only enjoy one time for Spending Tier 1 and one time for Spending Tier 2 per day per Participating Mall subject to a maximum of 61,000 The Point bonus points. Under Mastercard Rewards Scheme, each Cardholder can only enjoy one time for Spending Tier 1 and one time for Spending Tier 2 per day per Participating Mall subject to a maximum of 122,000 The Point bonus points. If Cardholder redeem Offer 1 with 2 receipts, the payment for the 2 receipts must be made by the same Eligible Card.
  6. Visa and CUP Rewards and Mastercard Rewards include The Point bouns points as follows:

  7. Visa , CUP and Mastercard Rewards Basic Points will be credited as a stamp in The Point member account upon successful registration instantly. The Point member can redeem the stamp to the relevant bonus points in SHKP Malls App during the Promotion Period.
  8. Mastercard Rewards Extra Points will be credited to Cardholder’s The Point Member Account within 4 weeks of the transaction date. All related points fulfillment will be credited to Cardholder’s The Point Member account on or before 30th September, 2020.
  9. Spending Tier 1 total quota for the entire promotion period is 34,980 Eligible Transactions of designated spending with successful Registration; Spending Tier 2 total quota for the entire promotion period is 14,998 Eligible Transactions of designated spending with successful Registration.  Quota is limited daily and will be on a first-come, first-served basis until quota lasts. Offer 2 “ Earn up to 55,000 The Point bonus points” Terms and Conditions:

  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders conduct Citi Points Conversion to The Point by SHKP bonus points on the SHKP Malls App with eligible cards of Offer 2  are eligible to  Offer 2 upon spending designated amount (as defined as Offer 1) at Participating Malls with Eligible Cards (“Eligible Transaction”).
  2. Offer 2 only applies to Principal Cardholders of Citi Ultima Card, Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (“Eligible Cards”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are entitled to earn 12,500 The Point bonus points upon each successful conversion from 25,000 Citi Points to The Point bonus points on SHKP Malls App .(“Offer 2”) All Redemptions are subject to “Terms and Conditions governing ‘Citi Points Conversion to The Point by SHKP bonus points’ via SHKP Malls App” available at www.citibank.com.hk/pc.
  4. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can also earn 5,000 The Point bonus points upon their first Citi Points Conversion (as defined in Clause 31) as New The Point Members (“New The Point Members Offer).
  5.  “New The Point Member” refers to a Cardholder who has never registered for The Point Member before promotion period (i.e. on or before July 14, 2020). The New The Point Members Offer will be offered when such Cardholder registered for a new The Point account and subsequently make a Citi Points Conversion for the first time during the Promotion Period (as defined in Clause 31).
  6. Cardholders must be The Point Members. Cardholders are required to verify their identity for Points Conversion by providing the last 4 digits of the Eligible Card and the mobile number registered with The Point (which must be the same as the registered mobile number with Eligible Cards).
  7. Cardholder is entitled 4 times of Offer 2 rewards with a maximum of 50,000 The Point bonus points throughout the Promotion Period. The New The Point Members Offer will be offered to each New The Point Member for one time only during the Promotion Period.
  8. The Point bonus points rewards for Offer 2 will be credited as a stamp in The Point member account upon fulfilling Offer 1 spending requirement. The Point member can redeem the stamp to the relevant bonus points in SHKP Malls App during the Promotion Period. 
  9. Cardholders can conduct Points Conversion before or after spending date of Offer 1 but have to register for Offer 1 on the same day of which Eligible Transactions are made for Offer 1.Late registration will not be accepted.
  10.  The Point bonus points rewards of New The Point Member Offer, will be credited to Cardholders’ The Point Member Accounts within 4 weeks upon the registration date. All related points fulfillment will be credited to Cardholder’s The Point Member Account on or before 30th September, 2020. The Point bonus points will be valid upon issuance by The Point subject to its terms and conditions. Citi Points Conversion to The Point Bonus Points Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
  2. This Service is applicable to Cardholders’ Citi Points Conversion to The Point bonus points (“Redemption”) via SHKP Malls App (“Online Platform”).
  3. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile numbers registered with The Point  (which must be the same as the registered mobile numbers with Citibank) to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password being correctly entered. Cardholders can select the Citi Points amount to convert to The Point bonus points and complete the Redemption under the Service.
  4. Citibank, The Point and/or Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (“SHK Real”) are not responsible for any failure to submit and/or process any Redemption arising from Cardholders’ exit, voluntarily or involuntarily, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 3, including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or any delay, interruption or disruption of Online Platform or system.
  5. Each Cardholder can only perform Redemption once per day. The minimum and maximum The Point bonus points that can be converted under each Redemption are 25,000 and 250,000 respectively (subject to the Cardholder’s available Citi Points in the Eligible Card account), the Redemption must be in 1,000 points or its intervals.
  6. The amount of Citi Points redeemed will be deducted from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account.
  7. The redemption rate may vary by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact Citi Points required for Redemption are based on the redemption rate displayed at the Online Platform at the time of redemption.
  8. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to their mobile number. Such updated mobile number must be the same as the registered mobile number with The Point in order to enjoy the Service. Citibank, The Point and/or SHK Real shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
  9. Once the Redemption is confirmed, it is irreversible and it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
