To be eligible for the following offers, customers are required to set up a recurring payment for at least 2 months during the promotion period.



New users can earn up to 1 mile for every HK$1 payment settled through Citi PayAll with Citi PremierMiles Card / Citi Prestige Card. With other Citi credit cards, new users can earn up to 1% spending rebate. The more you pay, the more you earn!

“Citi PayAll Limited-Time Offer for New Users (September – October 2022)” Terms & Conditions:


  1. This Promotion is valid from September 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), based on Payment Due Date. For non-instant Payment, Payment Due Date must be at least 4 Business days (Monday to Friday, except public holiday) (“Business Days”) after the date of payment setup. For instant Payment, the Payment Due Date is the same as Payment Setup Date. Capitalised terms and expressions used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same respective meanings as defined in the Citi PayAll Service Terms and Conditions unless the context requires otherwise.
  2. This promotion is applicable to Cardholders (“Eligible Cardholders”) of Citi Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) who have not made any Citi PayAll transaction during the period between March 1, 2021 and August 31, 2022.
  3. Eligible Cardholders are required to make successful one-time registration once via one of the following channels during the Promotion Period: (1) at Citibank.hk/payall; OR (2) register via Citi Mobile App “Get More” page (“Registration”) (“Registered Cardholders”) in order to participate in this promotion. Each Eligible Cardholder is required to register once only. Only the first 10,000 successfully Registered Cardholders are eligible for this promotion. Registration with a supplementary card is not accepted.
  4. Eligible Cardholders of Citi PremierMiles® Card or Citi Prestige® Card are required to provide the valid Cathay membership number which bears the same name as that of the Principal Cardholder at “citibank.hk/pa-apply2” in order to receive the extra Asia Mile(s) (“Mile(s)”) from this promotion. Failure to provide the Cathay membership number may result in delay of receiving extra Miles.
  5. Citibank will not accept any liability in relation to any loss of rewards / payment delay incurred due to an incorrect information, including Cathay membership number, being provided by the Eligible Cardholder.
  6. Registered Cardholders are required to set up a recurring payment for at least 2 months through Citi PayAll during the Promotion Period, of which the first payment must be made within the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to this promotion.
  7. Registered Cardholders who spend with Citi PayAll during the promotion period will be entitled to either extra Mile(s) or spending rebate from this promotion upon reaching the requirement listed at clause 6.
    • 7.1. Registered Cardholders who make Citi PayAll transactions with Citi PremierMiles® Card or/and Citi Prestige® Card can enjoy 1 extra Mile for every HK$1 Citi PayAll transaction. Eligible Cardholders will first receive the corresponding amount in Citi Points (HK$1 = 12 points), of which will then be converted automatically into extra Mile(s) (12 points = 1 Mile) to be credited into the Cathay membership account provided by the Cardholder. Registered Cardholders can enjoy a maximum of 10,000 Miles throughout the Promotion Period. The total extra Miles(s) earned will be rounded down to the nearest digit.
    • 7.2. Registered Cardholders who make Citi PayAll transactions with other Eligible Card(s) (excluding PremierMiles® and Prestige® card) can enjoy extra 1% spending rebate on their Citi PayAll transactions. Registered Cardholders can enjoy a maximum of HK$800 extra spending rebate throughout the Promotion Period. The extra spending rebate earned will be rounded down to the nearest dollar.
  8. Registered Cardholders can enjoy either extra Mile(s) or extra spending rebate from this promotion. If Registered Cardholders make Citi PayAll transactions with Citi PremierMiles Card or/and Citi Prestige Card, only extra Mile(s) but not extra spending rebate will be rewarded. Registered Cardholders must choose the Eligible Card carefully when making transaction.
  9. Transactions made with Eligible Card(s) by the same Eligible Cardholder (including Eligible principal and supplementary card(s)) will be combined. As stated in clause 8, Registered Cardholders with transactions made with Citi PremierMiles® Card or/and Citi Prestige® Card will only be entitled for extra Miles. All transactions made by the same Eligible Cardholder (including those made with other Citi Credit Cards) will be considered for extra Miles only.
  10. Service fee may be charged for each Citi PayAll new setup. The fee will be reflected on “Review & Confirm” page upon payment setup, and it applies to the recurred payments thereafter under the same setup. During the enrollment, Cardholders may choose to pay service fee as shown on the page and earn rewards on Eligible Card ("basic rewards") subject to the relevant rewards program terms and conditions. Cardholders may also choose to enjoy zero service fee but no basic rewards earned from the respective transaction. Transactions with zero service fee will still be eligible for the extra Mile(s) or rebate.
  11. For non-instant Payment, Citi Credit Card will be charged and debited (with handling fee, if any) at least 2 Business Days prior to the Payment Due Date. For instant Payment, your Card will be charged on the same day instead, and the Payment Charged Date will be the date of the instant Payment. For the respective “Purpose of Payment” under “Pay to Designated Merchants”, transaction made after 3:30pm on Monday to Friday, or anytime on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be handled on next business day. Cardholders are responsible to make sure their credit limit is sufficient for payment (not applicable to temporary credit limit). Each purpose of payment may subject to a monthly cap, please refer to citibank.hk/PayAll for details.
  12. Any unposted, cancelled or reversed Citi PayAll transactions will not be eligible for any rewards or offers under this promotion.
  13. If the payment is rejected by third parties other than Citibank, original payment (with handling fee, if any) will be refunded to transacted credit card on the next Business Day after the Payment Due Date.
  14. Citi PayAll Service Terms and Conditions apply. In case of any breach of Citi PayAll Service Terms and Conditions or any abuse of Citi PayAll service, including the circumstances of sending money to Cardholder's own accounts or to recipients who have not provided Cardholders with goods or services, Cardholders will not be entitled to any rewards or offers under this promotion. Cardholders undertake to provide information, receipt or other documentary proof at any time as Citibank may require to show that a Payment is not a breach of Citi PayAll Service Terms and Conditions nor an abuse of Citi PayAll service. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
  15. Cardholders who have registered during the Promotion Period and subsequently have their respective Eligible Card(s) replaced, renewed (inclusive of renewal from Visa Card to a Mastercard), report lost / stolen, all the eligible transactions made on the corresponding newly issued Eligible Card due to the aforementioned scenarios will be combined with the eligible transactions made with the original Eligible Card, with no additional registration required.
  16. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Eligible Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank’s record, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Citibank.
    • 16.1. If transactions are confirmed to be qualified for spending rebate after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion, the corresponding spending rebate (“Rebate”) will be automatically credited to the last Citi PayAll transacted Eligible Card account (or the corresponding newly issued Eligible Card as referred to Clause 15) and shown in the monthly statement on or before December 31, 2022.
    • 16.2. If transactions are confirmed to be qualified for extra Mile(s) after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion, extra Mile(s) will be credited to the latest Cathay membership account provided by the Eligible Cardholder (based on the latest Registration) on or before December 31, 2022, subject to Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions and validity. Eligible Cardholders are required to ensure the sequence of First Name and Last Name in Citibank’s record is aligned with the record in Cathay Membership Programme. Any mismatch on either First Name or Last Name will lead to Points Transfer rejection.   17. The service fee waiver offered to selected customers are subject to account status and for a limited time only. In case of any change in card status (including but not limited to card lost or stolen and account has been put on hold or suspended) that leads to the cancellation of any enrollments, any relevant fee waiver would not be extended. Cardholders should refer to the service fee shown on the Citi Mobile® App as the final service fee to be charged.
  18. Rebate can be used for future credit purchases only and cannot be used to settle any previous outstanding balance. It cannot be converted into cash or other gifts and is not transferable.
  19. Registered Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible for any extra Mile(s) or spending rebate; otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the extra Mile(s) or spending rebate without prior notice.
  20. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the extra Mile(s) or spending rebate were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of extra Mile(s) or spending rebate from the Registered Cardholder’s Eligible Card account without prior notice.
  21. Citibank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or withdraw or terminate this promotion at its discretion without prior notice and Citibank accepts no liability for such amendment, withdrawal or termination. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank.
  22. Asia Miles terms and conditions apply.
  23. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
  24. No person other than the Registered Cardholder and Citibank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
  25. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
