General Terms & Conditions
- The promotion is only applicable to rewards.agoda.com/citihk, the Agoda Rewards platform powered by Rocket Travel, Inc. ("Agoda Rewards Platform") and is not applicable to Agoda official website or mobile application.
- The promotion is subject to availability of the hotels, and cardholders need to present their valid Citi Credit Cards during hotel check-in.
- Cancellation or change of schedule has to be arranged directly via Agoda Rewards Platform and is subject to the terms and conditions of the hotels and the refund policy of Agoda Rewards Platform (please refer to rewards.agoda.com/citihk/terms for details).
- Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
- Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

Year-long Offer: up to 30% off hotel bookings ("Year-long Offer")
- Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of Year-long Offer is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"), and hotel stay period is valid from January 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023, both dates inclusive. All transactions (based on transaction dates) and all "Shop with Points" redemptions (based on redemption dates, as defined in "Citi Shop with Points" Terms and Conditions) must be conducted during the promotion period.
- Unless otherwise specified, Year-long Offer applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card ("Year-long Offer Eligible Cards"). Cardholders are required to settle payments in full with Year-long Offer Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy Year-long Offer.
- Citi Shop with Points is governed by "Citi Shop with Points" Terms and Conditions. The Citi Shop with Points redemption cannot be cancelled. If under any circumstances Cardholders cancel a transaction or request for refund (if such cancellation or refund is applicable), the Points redeemed for the Citi Shop with Points redemption will not be returned. If Cardholders cancel a Refundable room type, the card charge plus the equivalent cash value of the Points deducted will be refunded to Cardholders' Eligible Cards by Agoda Rewards Platform. If Cardholders cancel a Non-refundable room type, the card charge and the Points cannot be refunded.
"Citi Shop with Points" Terms and Conditions:
- Citi Shop with Points Redemption Service ("Service") applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card, and Citi Ultima Card (collectively "Eligible Cards") issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank").
- This Service applies to Agoda Rewards platform powered by Rocket Travel, Inc. ("Agoda Rewards Platform").
- When making a transaction with an Eligible Card on Agoda Rewards Platform ("Eligible Transaction"), Cardholders can use Eligible Cards’ Citi Points ("Points") for "Citi Shop with Points" redemption ("Redemption").
- To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank's last updated record, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password is correctly entered. Cardholders can then use Points for Redemption on Agoda Rewards Platform.
- If, during any of the steps referred to in Clause 4, Cardholder exits from Agoda Rewards Platform voluntarily or involuntarily due to, including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on Agoda Rewards Platform, Cardholders will not be able to enjoy the Service and for which Citibank will not be responsible. Cardholder may however go through the steps in Clause 4 again and make another Eligible Transaction to enjoy the Service.
- The amount of Points redeemed for Redemption on Agoda Rewards Platform will be deducted from Eligible Card account provided by Cardholder referred to in Clause 4. Cardholders may redeem up to the amount of Points required to complete the Redemption (which will be displayed on Agoda Rewards Platform) or available Points at Eligible Card account (whichever is lower) at the time of redemption.
- The Redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact Redemption amount and Points required are based on the display on Agoda Rewards Platform at the time of Redemption.
- Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
- Redemption cannot be cancelled.
- Eligible Transaction is subject to the cancellation and refund policy of Agoda Rewards Platform. If under any circumstances Cardholders cancel an Eligible Transaction or request for refund (if such cancellation or refund is applicable), the Points redeemed for Redemption under this Service will not be returned.
