Reporting credit card lost via Citi Mobile® App 中文

 
  • Log in to the Citi Mobile® App
  • Click "Setting" > "Cards and account", select the credit card to report lost
  • Read the important notes carefully and confirm to proceed further. The replacement card will be issued and sent to your registered address within 3-5 working days
  • Warm reminder to update merchant autopay (if any) after receiving and activating the new card
