“Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions:

  1. Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi Rewards Card (excluding Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
  2. This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3) Cardholders made at the Watsons Mobile Application or the Watsons website www.watsons.com.hk (“Watsons eStore”) with an Eligible Card (“Eligible Transaction”).
  3. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount payable after deducting the value of any gift vouchers or other discounts used when making the purchase. Other transactions, including but not limited to interest-free installment plan transactions, purchase of Watsons gift vouchers, phone cards/ prepaid phone cards, bill payments, charges on plastic shopping bags, Octopus card reloads, infant milk powder (stage 1), or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
  4. To participate in this Service, Eligible Cardholders must verify their identity by providing their mobile phone number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password being correctly entered. Eligible Cardholders can select the amount to redeem with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service.
  5. Identity verification will not be required for subsequent redemptions made by the same Eligible Card under the same Watsons account.
  6. The Service is valid immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. In the event Cardholders exit from Watsons eStore voluntarily or involuntarily including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on Watsons eStore, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 4-5, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy the Service and will be required to make another Eligible Transaction at Watsons eStore to enjoy the Service.
  7. The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset an Eligible Transaction will be deducted from the Eligible Card account. Cardholders may redeem up to the Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at the Eligible Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page under Watsons eStore for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to the Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
  8. The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi Pay with Points page under Watsons eStore at the time of redemption.
  9. Eligible Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to their mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
  10. Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
  11. If under any circumstances Eligible Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on the Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account and Points will not be returned.

“Watsons Up to HK$200 Rebate” Terms and Conditions:

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from July 25 to September 30, 2018, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). All Single Net Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 18) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion only applies to Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank")("Eligible Cards"). Watsons may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle the Eligible Card type. Please contact Watsons or Citibank for details.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, the offer is available at all Hong Kong outlets of Watsons and/or Watsons eStore (“Watsons”). Outlets in Mainland China, Macau and overseas are excluded.
  4. Unless otherwise specified, during the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy HK$25 rebate upon Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 18) of HK$500 or above at Watsons outlets and/or Watsons eStore. Cardholders who settle payment at Watsons outlets via Apple Pay can enjoy extra HK$25 rebate. The details are as follows.

    The offer is applicable to single transaction on one single sale slip. Split transactions are not accepted. The respective Mobile Payment Service Providers and Watsons may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle the Eligible Card’s Contactless Payment. Please contact the respective Mobile Payment Service Providers or Watsons or Citibank for details.

  5. Cardholders are required to settle payments with Eligible Cards and present the added Eligible Credit Card in the relevant mobile app to the Watsons cashier before payment is made in order to enjoy Apple Pay extra rebate offer. This rebate offer is for Watsons outlets transaction only.
  6. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount payable after deducting the value of any gift vouchers or other discounts used when making the purchase. Other transactions, including but not limited to interest-free installment plan transactions, purchase of Watsons gift vouchers, phone cards/ prepaid phone cards, bill payments, charges on plastic shopping bags, Octopus card reloads, infant milk powder (stage 1), or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
  7. The maximum total rebate during the entire Promotion Period listed in this Clause includes all of the rebates earned by the principal and supplementary cards under each Cardholder. Each principal Cardholder (includes all the supplementary cards under the Cardholder) (based on the unique Hong Kong Identity Card/ Passport number per Citibank’s record) can only enjoy the offer once per day, and can enjoy a maximum total rebate of HK$200 throughout the entire promotion period.
  8. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank’s records. If Cardholders have performed more than one transactions with multiple Eligible Cards, and the transactions are confirmed to be qualified for rebate rewarded after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion, the corresponding rebate will be automatically credited to the Eligible Card account with the first transaction made during the promotion period and shown in the monthly statement on or before November 30, 2018.
  9. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of Eligible Transaction in respect of which rebate were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder's Eligible Card Account the equivalent amount of the rebate rewarded without prior notice.
  10. Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the rebate; otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the rebate without prior notice.
  11. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Single Net Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
  12. The rebate received from this promotion cannot be used to settle any previous outstanding balances, withdrawn as cash advance, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  13. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and Watsons at their absolute discretion.
  14. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

Unless otherwise specified, the offer applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi Rewards Card (excluding Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
  3. To enjoy“Citi Pay with Points Up to HK$50 Rebate”, the Cardholder must be a Watsons MoneyBack member and upon every successful Citi Pay with Points (defined under “Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions) redemption for a Single Net Transaction (defined in Clause 35) at or above HK$100 under Eligible Cards at Watsons eStore during the Promotion Period, in order to enjoy HK$25 rebate ("Offer").
  4. The Offer is available at Watsons eStore only.
