A. General Terms & Conditions
1. Unless otherwise specified, the offers are only applicable to principal and supplementary cardholders (the "Cardholders") of Citi Prestige Card ("Eligible Card") issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank"). Each principal card account and its supplementary card account(s) will be treated as one eligible card account (the "Eligible Card Account").
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment with Eligible Card in order to enjoy the offers. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotion or discounts or promotional coupons or exchanged for cash.
3. Availability of the offers is subject to stock availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank at its absolute discretion. All photos and prices are for reference only.
4. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the respective merchants. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
5. Citi ThankYou Rewards Terms and Conditions apply for all Points related offers. For details, please visit www.citibank.com.hk.
6. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to vary or cancel the offers and/ or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Citibank's and the respective merchants' decision shall be final and conclusive.
7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
B. Terms & Conditions for Citi Prestige Card Preferential Mileage Earn Rate
8. Cardholders will be awarded 12 Points (1 mile) per HK$6 local transaction posted or 12 Points (1 mile) per HK$4 (or equivalent foreign currency) for all eligible overseas and online foreign currency transactions. “Eligible Transactions” exclude, but are not limited to, cash advances, fees and charges, withdrawal amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program and “Quick Cash” Installment Program, payment to Inland Revenue Department, casino transactions, online bill payment, transactions through Faster Payment System (FPS) Service, or unposted/ canceled/ refunded transactions. Overseas and online foreign currency transactions are defined as transactions settled in currencies except Hong Kong dollar, Renminbi or Macau Patacas (including internet transactions). Unless otherwise specified, all Points earned by the Cardholders of the Eligible Card will be accumulated under Principal Cardholder’s account and only Principal Cardholders are eligible for Points Redemption. Invalid transactions not eligible for Points include, but are not limited to, cash advances, fees and charges, withdrawal amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program and “Quick Cash” Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, casino transactions, online bill payment, transactions through Faster Payment System (FPS) Service, dynamic currency conversion transactions, or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded transactions. Principal Cardholder can convert his/ her Points to miles of Asia Miles, British Airways Executive Club, Etihad Guest, EVA Air Infinity MileageLands, Flying Blue, Garuda Indonesia Frequent Flyer, Malaysia Airlines Enrich, Qantas Frequent Flyer, Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus or Virgin Atlantic Flying Club for free by visiting Citi ThankYou Rewards or calling Citi Prestige Service Line at 2860 0338.
C. Terms & Conditions for Citi Prestige Card Annual Relationship Points Program (the "ARP Program")
9. Principal Cardholder's entitlement of Annual Relationship Points percentage rate ("Percentage Rate") depends on his/ her length of relationship with Citibank ("Length of Relationship") and whether the Principal Cardholder is holding a Citigold Private Client/ Citigold account. Length of Relationship would be determined by the year of the earliest account opened date the Principal Cardholder has an established relationship with Citibank either in credit card and/ or banking accounts. All account(s) should still be valid and in good standing in order to be eligible for determining the length of relationship and the respective Percentage Rate. For Principal Cardholder who does not have banking account(s) with Citibank, the Percentage Rate is determined on the respective anniversary of the Principal Cardholder’s Citi Prestige Card opened date ("Anniversary Date").

10. Points earned under the ARP Program are calculated on an annual basis by multiplying the Percentage Rate with the total eligible spending amount charged to the Eligible Card Account in one full year from the Anniversary Date. Eligible spending excludes invalid transactions but are not limited to, cash advances, fees and charges, withdrawal amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program and “Quick Cash” Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, casino transactions, online bill payment, transactions through Faster Payment System (FPS) Service, dynamic currency conversion transactions, or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded transactions.
11. Points earned under the ARP Program are credited to the Eligible Card Account within one month after the Anniversary Date.
D. Terms & Conditions for Citi Prestige Concierge Program ("CPC Program")
12. The CPC Program is provided by an Appointed Concierge Vendor ("ACV").
13. Participation of the CPC Program will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions hereby listed below in addition to the terms and conditions of any participating merchant or service provider or other authorized agent.
14. Cardholders acknowledge and agree that Citibank can provide ACV with information (including any personal data of Cardholders) necessary to verify the validity of the Cardholder's Eligible Card.
15. Cardholders agree that any personal information collected or held by ACV is provided and may be held, used and disclosed by ACV to third parties for the purpose of providing the CPC Program.
16. Citibank shall not in any way be liable for any goods or services or the quality or performance of such goods and services supplied by any participating merchant or service provider or other authorized agent under the CPC Program. The Cardholders should seek redress and direct any complaints or comments in respect of such goods and services to the respective participating merchant, provider or agent.
17. Citibank and ACV undertake to exercise due care and diligence in the appointment and/ or referral of any participating merchant or service provider or other authorized agent to assist the Cardholders under the CPC Program. However, Citibank and ACV assume no responsibility for any advices and services given by any such participating merchant or service provider or other authorized agent.
18. Citibank and ACV shall not be required to provide the CPC Program to Cardholders located in areas which in the sole opinion of Citibank and ACV represent war risks, political or other conditions such as to make such services impossible or reasonably impracticable.
19. Cardholders shall not have any recourse against Citibank and ACV for any inconvenience, loss or damage which the Cardholder may attract or incur as a result of Citibank and/ or ACV referral of or contact with a participating merchant or service provider or other authorized agent on behalf of the Cardholders.
E. Terms & Conditions for International Complimentary Night Hotels and Resorts Program (“Hotel Program”)
20. The Principal Cardholders of Citi Prestige Card issued by Citibank (“Eligible Principal Card”) will enjoy one complimentary fourth night with no black-out dates, when booking four consecutive nights at any hotel booked by Citi Prestige Concierge (“Citi Prestige Concierge” is operated by a third-party service provider) (“Complimentary Night Offer”). Bookings made through other methods such as, travel agents, websites or directly with a hotel will not qualify. Package rates, such as air and hotel, hotel and car rental do not qualify for this benefit.
21. The Hotel Program can only be used by the Principal Cardholders, and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts, including the use of corporate code discounts.
22. To receive the complimentary night (via a statement credit) for a stay, the Principal Cardholder must be the booking, staying and paying guest on the reservation. The Principal Cardholder must (i) Book a reservation in the Principal Cardholder’s name for a minimum, consecutive four-night stay by contacting and booking directly with the Citi Prestige Concierge; (ii) Stay at the hotel for the entire reservation; (iii) Fully pay for the entire stay with an Eligible Principal Card; and (iv) not have enjoyed Complimentary Night Offer in any hotel in the same city (i.e. for avoidance of doubt, boundary of a “city” is one defined by Google maps. Anywhere outside such boundary is another city) within the 7 nights immediately preceding this stay.
23. The Principal Cardholder will receive a statement credit based on the average nightly rate (excludes taxes of any kind) of the first four-night stay in the same hotel property. Hotel imposed fees and incidental guest charges are the Principal Cardholder’s responsibility.
24. The Principal Cardholder will be charged the total cost of the full stay at checkout and will receive a credit to the credit card statement as set forth above. If the Principal Cardholder books a special “pre-paid” rate this may require upfront payment in full, at the time of booking. Payment in full is defined as pre-payment for all consecutive nights.
25. All statement credits will be reflected on the Citi Prestige Card statement as a result of the Program and will appear within two billing periods following the month in which travel was completed; or in the case of promotional "pre-paid" rates that are paid in full as described above, the credit will be reflected within two billing periods following the date of payment in full of the "pre-paid" rate. Foreign exchange conversion rates may fluctuate resulting in slight differences in the amount credited.
26. Only one complimentary night is eligible per each stay. A stay is a minimum of four consecutive nights booked at the same hotel and does not include back-to-back stays. For the purposes of these conditions, back-to-back stays are stays in the same hotel property on two reservations that are fewer than 7 nights apart between check-out and the next check-in date.
27. Cancellations and Reversals
All cancellations must be done through the Citi Prestige Concierge. If the reservation is cancelled, any statement credit relative to theComplimentary Night Offer will be reversed, based upon the eligibility and satisfaction of the terms of the Complimentary Night Offer. Citibank reserves the right to reverse a statement credit including, and without limitation, any refunds, returns, disputes, adjustments or fraudulent card activity.
28. Citibank will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any interaction between a Principal Cardholder and a Merchant (a “Merchant” is a travel supplier) with respect to the Hotel Program. Except as set forth herein, all matters, including but not limited to delivery of goods and services, returns, and warranties are solely and strictly between the Principal Cardholder and the applicable Merchants, subject to applicable law. The Principal Cardholder acknowledges that Citibank does not endorse or provide warranties of any kind in relation to the Merchants that are accessible through the Hotel Program, nor the Offers that they provide.
29. By consenting to the Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Program (“Hotel Terms”), the Principal Cardholder agrees that: (i) the Principal Cardholder represents only the Principal Cardholder here and no other person; (ii) that the Principal Cardholder is of the legal age of majority in order to enter into contracts; and (iii) the Principal Cardholder will provide accurate information to Citibank and Citi Prestige Concierge, including, but not limited to, information required to register for the Hotel Program; and (iv) the Principal Cardholder will not use the Hotel Program for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Hotel Terms.

F. Terms & Conditions for Golf Program
31. General Conditions
a. The golf benefits (“Golf Offer”) is valid from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
b. The Golf Offer can only be used by Eligible Principal Card.
c. Principal Cardholder is required to book directly with Citi Prestige Concierge and Principal Cardholder cannot take over tee times transferred from other golfers/ participating club members to be used in conjunction with this privilege.
d. The service provider for the Golf Offer is Apexlynx LeisureSport Private Limited (“Apexlynx”).
e. Each Principal Cardholder is entitled to three (3) complimentary green fee rounds at each of the 11 participating golf clubs limited to a maximum of eighteen (18) complimentary green fee rounds within the Promotion Period, and is subjected to the specific conditions below:
  • No accompanying paying guest is required
  • Additional conditions for specific golf clubs

f. Principal Cardholder and his/ her guest(s) must have valid handicap to book a tee time and should hold a valid golfer’s insurance as individual golf clubs may impose golf insurance requirements.
g. Principal Cardholder must adhere to all the terms and conditions when making a golf booking request (see “Reservations” section below), or the booking request would be rejected.
h. At all times, only one active golf booking per Cardholder is allowed. For the avoidance of doubt, Principal Cardholder may only place a new golf booking after the completion of an active booking.
i. The Golf Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers, participation in corporate golf events, private golf events or golf tournaments.
j. Principal Cardholder is not allowed to use this program to request a pairing, or to join a flight booked by other golfers/ participating club members. Citibank reserves the right to refuse such requests. All pairings are at the sole discretion of, and administered by, the participating golf clubs.
k. Principal Cardholder understand and acknowledge that participating golf clubs will not engage in any direct correspondence, enquires and/ or attempts for checking availability and bookings from Citi Prestige Principal Cardholder. This privilege is not to be regarded as a membership at the participating golf clubs. Citibank reserves the right to reject the booking if Principal Cardholder makes enquiries/ bookings directly at the club or transfer a confirmed tee time to another Citi Prestige Principal Cardholder.
32. Reservations
a. All bookings must be made through the Citi Prestige Concierge.
b. The Golf Offer is valid for weekdays and weekends unless otherwise stated. Some golf clubs only allow restricted day and tee time for bookings on weekends.
c. The Golf Offer is not valid for public holidays. The policy and definition for public holidays varies by golf clubs and according to the country/ state/ city of the golf club(s) that is/ are located. If a public holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be treated as a public holiday. For Mission Hills Golf Club, both public holidays in China and Hong Kong apply.
d. Minimum balls per flight may be required for tee-off as per respective golf clubs’ policies in order for bookings to be processed.
e. Weekday bookings must be made at least 4 calendar days in advance and weekend bookings must be made at least 7 calendar days in advance. Principal Cardholder cannot book a tee time more than 14 calendar days in advance. Note that intended tee-off date is not counted. (As an example, tee time request for a Saturday must be made latest by Saturday of the previous week).
f. Acceptance of all golf bookings, pairings and changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the participating golf clubs and are strictly subject to availability. Principal Cardholder will not be granted access to the participating golf clubs without a prior confirmed booking made through the Citi Prestige Concierge.
33. Payment Terms
a. All other guests shall pay green fees, buggy, caddie, turf mate, locker fee, insurance, taxes and all other ancillary and miscellaneous charges (“Other Usage Charges”) at normal published rates stipulated by the golf clubs.
b. Principal Cardholder will pay for Other Usage Charges at normal published rates stipulated by the golf clubs.
c. All payment made in relation to usage of the golf privileges and other usage charges incurred, including the golfing fee for guest(s) where applicable while utilizing the golf privileges must be settled with an Eligible Principal Card.
d. All applicable charges will be charged by Apexlynx onto the Eligible Principal Card.
e. All charges will be made in the local currency of the participating golf club at which the game is booked and played or in equivalent United States Dollars (USD) where required.
34. Cancellations and Amendments
a. Cancellations and amendments must be made through the Citi Prestige Concierge.
b. Any amendment and cancellation for bookings must be made at least 3 working days prior to tee-off date for all participating golf clubs.
c. For Mission Hills Golf Club, no cancellation or amendment is allowed upon confirmation of tee-time and Principal Cardholder shall pay full published rates for cancellation and no-show.
d. Cancellations made less than 3 working days, late arrivals or no-shows shall be subjected to a penalty of 100% of the full published rates stipulated by the participating golf clubs.
e. Amendment fee of US$10 + applicable GST shall apply if changes are made after a booking is confirmed.
f. Rain check is as per golf club’s policy and varies from club to club. No golf round will be deducted if golf course closes its course due to bad weather. However, if a rain check issued by the golf club directly to the Principal Cardholder, the golf round will be treated as valid and played.
35. Miscellaneous
a. The Golf Offer is valid for golf course access only. It does not provide Principal Cardholder and his/ her guests with access to the other recreational facilities at the participating golf clubs.
b. Principal Cardholder and his/ her guest(s) acknowledge and agree that Citibank is not responsible for non-fulfillment of any privileges or any defect or lack of service or goods supplied by third parties, including the participating golf clubs. Accordingly, Principal Cardholder irrevocably agrees not to claim against Citibank or Apexlynx in relation to any loss, damage, disappointment or distress of any kind arising from his/ her use or attempted use of Citi Prestige Golf Privileges, including but not limited to failure or inadequacy of service or fulfillment of privileges by the participating golf clubs.
c. Citibank reserves the right at any time and without assigning any reason, to change or to cancel any participating golf clubs.
d. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Principal Cardholder and his/ her guest(s) releases Citibank, Apexlynx and the respective participating golf clubs from any claim, injury, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/ her in connection with his/ her participation or attempted participation in the Citi Prestige Golf Privileges.
e. Citibank, Apexlynx and the participating golf clubs reserve the right to amend and exercise the final interpretation of the terms and conditions of this Golf Offer.
G. Terms & Conditions for Priority Pass Lounge Access
36. The Priority Pass Card ("PPC") is offered by Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited ("PPL") to Principal Cardholders only. The PPC is not transferable and is only valid up to its date of expiration and when it has been signed by the Principal Cardholder. The PPC may not be used by any person other than the Principal Cardholder. Improper use of the PPC could constitute fraud.
37. Principal Cardholders acknowledge and agree that Citibank can provide PPL with information (including any personal data of Principal Cardholder) necessary to verify the validity of the Principal Cardholder's Eligible Principal Card and offer the PPC.
38. Principal Cardholders can enjoy complimentary lounge visits, subject to the conditions set out in clause 37. Each accompanying guest (including supplementary Cardholder) should pay an entrance fee of HK$250 for each access, which will be debited from the Principal Cardholder's Eligible Principal Card within 3 statement cycles after the lounge visit.
39. In the event that a Principal Cardholder has used the PPC but has not conducted any valid transactions with the Eligible Principal Card in the same calendar year, Citibank reserves the right to charge the Principal Cardholder an administrative fee of HK$200 per year. Valid transactions do not include, but without limitation, cash advances, fees and charges, withdrawal amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program and “Quick Cash” Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, casino transactions, online bill payment, transactions through Faster Payment System (FPS) Service, or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded transactions.
40. All participating lounges are owned and operated by third party organizations. Principal Cardholders and accompanying guests must abide by the rules and policies of each participating lounge/ club. Access may be restricted due to space constraints but this will be wholly at the discretion of each individual lounge operator. Citibank and PPL have no control over the facilities offered, the opening/ closing times or the personnel employed by the lounges. The administrators of PPL will use every endeavor to ensure the benefits and facilities are available as advertised, but PPL does not warrant nor guarantee in any way that said benefits and facilities will be available at the time of the Principal Cardholder's visit. Neither PPL nor Citibank is liable for any loss to the Principal Cardholder, or any accompanying guests, arising from the provision or non-provision (whether in whole or in part) of any of the advertised benefits and facilities. All accompanying children (where permitted) will be subject to the full entrance fee unless otherwise stated in the lounge listing.
41. Participating lounges have no contractual obligation to announce flights and Citibank and PPL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting out of any Principal Cardholder and/ or accompanying guests failing to board their flight(s).
42. Admittance to lounges is subject to Principal Cardholders and any accompanying guests (including children) behaving and dressing (no shorts allowed outside of the USA) in an orderly and correct manner. Any infants or children causing upset to other users' comfort may be asked to vacate the lounge facilities. Citibank and PPL are not liable for any loss suffered by the Principal Cardholder and any accompanying guests where a lounge operator has refused admission because the Principal Cardholder and/ or accompanying guests have not complied with these conditions.
43. Principal Cardholder should report to Citi Prestige Service Line at 2860 0338 immediately of any lost or stolen PPC to prevent fraudulent use. A replacement cost of HK$200 may be charged by Citibank for replacement of lost and/ or stolen PPCs.
44. In the event of the Principal Cardholder cancelling or not renewing the Eligible Principal Card, the PPC shall be invalid effective from the cancellation date of the Eligible Principal Card. Any lounge visits made by a Principal Cardholder using an invalid PPC, including any guests, remain the liability of the Principal Cardholder.
45. Renewal terms and conditions are at the discretion of Citibank and PPL. Citibank and PPL have the right to refuse membership to people who are employed by or contracted to an airline, airport or a Government in respect of airline or airport security.
46. Citibank and PPL shall not be held responsible for any disputes that may occur between the Principal Cardholder and/ or any accompanying guests and a lounge operator.
47. Principal Cardholder agrees that he/ she will defend and indemnify Citibank and PPL, its directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively 'the indemnified parties') against and hold each indemnified party harmless from all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, suits, judgments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) for injury to or death of any person or damage to or destruction of any property arising out of the use of any lounge by the Principal Cardholder or any guests or any person in said lounge at the behest of the Principal Cardholder, except that such indemnification shall not extend to acts of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the indemnified parties.
48. Priority Pass Lounge access for Principal Cardholders is provided at the discretion of Citibank. In the event that Citibank elects to cancel this privilege, Citibank will notify all Principal Cardholders in writing 30 days prior to the discontinuation of the PPC and the Principal Cardholder may be required to return the PPC to Citibank for disposal. Otherwise, if the Principal Cardholder continues to use the PPC after the effective date of cancellation, the Principal Cardholder accepts full liability to pay for all subsequent lounge visits. These visits will automatically be billed to his/ her Eligible Principal Card. If the Eligible Principal Card is declined for whatever reasons, the Principal Cardholder agrees that he/ she will pay for the visit by another method of payment.
