"Citi Cash Back Visa Card Cash Rebate Program" Terms and Conditions:
1. Citi Cash Back Visa Card Cash Rebate Program ("Rebate Program") applies to the principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Cash Back Visa Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").
2. This Rebate Program applies to "Eligible Transactions" made by Citi Cash Back Visa Card and the calculated rebate amount will be rounded to the nearest cent. The following rebates will be awarded to the correspond "Eligible Transactions":
a. 1% spending rebate ("Basic Rebate") will be awarded to posted transactions in any currencies and monthly installments of billed interest free installment plan that are charged to the Eligible Card account ("Eligible Transactions for Basic Rebate").
b. 2% foreign currency rebate ("Foreign Currency Rebate") including the 1% Basic Rebate, will be awarded to all posted retail transactions made in foreign currencies charged to the Eligible Card account ("Eligible Foreign Currency Transactions").
c. 2% local dining rebate ("Local Dining Rebate") including the 1% Basic Rebate, will be awarded to all eligible transactions made in Hong Kong dollar at dining outlets in Hong Kong which are classified as restaurants or dining merchants according to the merchant codes issued by Visa ("Eligible Local Dining Transaction"). Transactions made in respect of hotel, banquet services, private functions, private room events, department stores, associations and clubhouses, and the food and beverage services provided by the designated merchants of other spending categories will not be counted as Eligible Local Dining Transactions.
d. 2% local hotel spending rebate ("Local Hotel Spending Rebate") including the 1% Basic Rebate, will be awarded to all eligible transactions made in Hong Kong dollar at the hotels in Hong Kong which are classified as hotels according to the merchant codes issued by Visa ("Eligible Hotel Spending Transaction"). Transactions made in respect of banquet services, private functions and private room events will not be counted as Eligible Hotel Spending Transactions.
Ineligible transactions including but not limited to "Dynamic Currency Conversion transactions", i.e. transactions with conversion from a foreign currency into Hong Kong Dollars involved at the point of the transaction, withdrawal amount/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program, Flexi-Installment Program, Dial-a-Check Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, online bill payment, cash advances, fees & charges, casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions are not eligible for this promotion.
3. Basic Rebate/ Foreign Currency Rebate/Local Dining Rebate/Local Hotel Spending Rebate awarded in respect of any supplementary cardholders will be attributed to their principal cardholders. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions made by principal and supplementary Cardholders under the same Eligible Card account are counted collectively.
4. The full amount of earned Basic Rebate, Foreign Currency Rebate, Local Dining Rebate and Local Hotel Spending Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Card account on the following statement of account when the accumulated rebate balance reaches HK$200 or above and be used to settle the outstanding balance as well as new purchases excluding the Minimum Payment Due.
5. If Cardholders have subsequently cancelled / reversed any transactions in respect of which offers are rewarded, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of such offers directly from the Eligible Card account without prior notice.
6. When an Eligible Card account is closed or suspended under whatever reason, any Basic Rebate, Foreign Currency Rebate, Local Dining Rebate and Local Hotel Spending Rebate remaining in the Eligible Card account will be forfeited.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Basic Rebate, Foreign Currency Rebate, Local Dining Rebate and Local Hotel Spending Rebate is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash or other offers.
8. To be eligible for this Rebate Program, Eligible Card accounts should be valid, in good standing and in compliance with the conditions that may be imposed by Citibank from time to time.
9. Citibank reserves the right to terminate this Rebate Program or amend its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Citibank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
General Terms & Conditions:
1. These offers apply to principal and supplementary cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Cash Back Visa Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card"), unless specified.
2. If Cardholders have subsequently cancelled / reversed any transactions in respect of which offers are rewarded, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of such offers directly from the Eligible Card account without prior notice.
3. Cardholders must maintain valid Eligible Card accounts with a good credit record in order to be eligible for the offers. In case there is any fraud / abuse, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of the offers rewarded under these programs directly from the Eligible Card account without prior notice, forfeit the Cardholder's eligibility to be entitled to the offers, and/or suspend the Eligible Card account for investigation without prior notice.
4. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchant's absolute discretion.

6. Unless otherwise specified, all offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

"Welcome Offer – 10 % cash rebate" Terms and Conditions:
1. The offer is only applicable to Citi Cash Back Visa Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Card”) and only applicable to customers who currently do not hold and have not held any principal card of Citi Credit Card or principal card of Diners Club Card issued by Diners Club International (HK) Limited ("Diners") within the past 12 months from the date of issue of the Eligible Card ("New Customer").
2. The promotion period is valid from January 1 to 31, 2018, inclusive of both dates (“Promotion Period”)
3. New Customer must submit the application form and successfully apply for a principal card of the Eligible Card issued by Citibank during the Promotion Period.
4. The offer is only applicable to Citi Cash Back Visa Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Card”).
5. Eligible Customers are entitled to HK$1,500 cash rebate (“Welcome Offer”) upon accumulating Eligible Transactions of HK$15,000 within the first 2 months from the date of card issuance (“Spending Conditions”).
6. The cash rebate consists of two parts: the Basic Rebate/ Foreign Currency Rebate/ Local Dining Rebate/ Local Hotel Spending Rebate and the additional rebate earned from Welcome Offer (“Additional Rebate”). Additional Rebate amount will be rounded to the nearest cent. The cash rebate will be awarded as follows:

8. Unless otherwise specified, all cash rebates earned by the principal and supplementary cardholders of the same Eligible Card will be accumulated under the principal cardholder’s account.
9. Additional Rebate from Welcome offer will be credited to the New Customer’s Eligible Card account by May 31, 2018.
10. Eligible Card account must be valid and in good standing during the Promotion Period and before the Welcome Offer is credited to the New Customer’s Eligible Card account in order to enjoy the offers.

1. The offer is only applicable to Citi Cash Back Visa Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Card”) and only applicable to customers who currently do not hold and have not held any principal card of Citi Credit Card or principal card of Diners Club Card issued by Diners Club International (HK) Limited ("Diners") within the past 12 months from the date of issue of the Eligible Card ("New Customer").

6. All posted transactions conducted by principal and supplementary card(s), if applicable, are included in the Spending Conditions calculation. Ineligible transactions, including but not limited to, Dynamic currency conversion transactions, traveler's checks, cash advances, withdrawal amount/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program and Dial-a-Check Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, online bill payment or utilities bill / insurance transactions made with Eligible Card via internet banking or online payment system, mutual funds payment, fees & charges, casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions.
7. Wellcome Cash Coupon will be mailed to Eligible Cardholders’ correspondence address before May 31, 2018. For Terms and Conditions of the cash coupon, please refer to the overleaf of the Cash Coupon.
8. Eligible Card account must be valid and in good standing during the Promotion Period and before the Welcome Offer is credited to the New Customer’s Eligible Card account in order to enjoy the offers.
9. Cash coupon reward is subject to availability. Citibank reserves the right to offer an alternative gift or benefit in substitution of the cash coupon reward without prior notice. Cash coupon reward cannot be converted to cash and are not replaceable in the event of any loss or damage. The use of the cash coupon rewards is bounded by the relevant terms and conditions printed therein and Citibank accepts no liability in respect of the quality of the products and services provided by the supplier involved in this promotion. The respective suppliers are responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to such products or services.

"Purchase Protection Insurance" Terms and Conditions:
1. The offer is only applicable to Citi Cash Back Visa Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Eligible Card").
2. The period of insurance is available from July 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 (both dates inclusive).
3. Principal cardholders are required to settle payments with their Eligible Card in order to enjoy the offers.
4. The offer starts upon principal cardholders charging their purchase to the Eligible Card for a period of 30 days. For item purchased under a merchandising program, coverage of 30 days shall commence from the date of delivery of merchandise in undamaged condition to the principal cardholder.
5. Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") is not the insurance underwriter of the Purchase Protection Insurance ("the Policy"). Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is the insurance underwriter ("the Insurance Underwriter") of the Policy above and is solely responsible for all coverage and compensation. The Insurance Underwriter is not a subsidiary or an affiliate of Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited or Citibank, N.A. or Citigroup Inc. The Policy is part of the credit card feature and Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the Policy provided. Unless otherwise specified, insurance products are not bank deposits or obligations of, guaranteed or insured by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited, Citibank, N.A., Citigroup Inc. or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries, or by any local government agency.

8. No person other than the Customer and Jebsen (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these T&Cs.
9. These T&Cs are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10. These T&Cs are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
11. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services provided by the Merchant.
