"8% Rebate on Hotel Bookings at Booking.com” Terms and Conditions:
- The hotel booking period is valid from now till May 30, 2018, both dates inclusive ("Booking Period") and the hotel check-out period is valid from now till May 31, 2018, both dates inclusive ("Check-out Period").
- The 8% rebate on hotel bookings (“Rebate”) offer is applicable to Cardholders ("Cardholders") of all Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Eligible Cards"), excluding Citi Rewards UnionPay Card.
- Cardholders are required to make hotel bookings via the designated Booking.com landing page (www.booking.com/citihk) during the Booking Period and settle the hotel room charge in full upon checkout at the hotel during the Check-out Period with the Eligible Card that was used for reservation in order to be eligible for the Rebate.
- Prepaid hotel bookings are not eligible for the Rebate.
- Hotel bookings made directly through Booking.com's website (www.booking.com) or Booking.com Mobile App will not be eligible for the Rebate and no refund will be arranged.
- Booking.com is the party providing the room reservation service. Unless otherwise stated, Cardholders are required to pay in full upon checkout and the related hotel (“Hotel”) is the party handling and receiving payment directly from the Cardholders.
- The Rebate is applicable to hotel room charges only. Other fees and charges, including but not limited to local government taxes, service charges, food & beverage or room service charges may apply, but are excluded from the hotel room charges, unless otherwise stated by the Hotel.
- Cardholders need to present their valid Eligible Cards used for reservation upon arrival.
- Cancellation or change of schedule has to be arranged directly via Booking.com and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hotel. Customers may refer to the Booking Confirmation e-mail or contact the customer service officer of Booking.com.
- The Rebate will be calculated based on the original booking value in USD and converted to HKD. It will be rounded up to the nearest Hong Kong dollar. Cancelled/ refunded/ no-show reservations will not be eligible for the Rebate.
- The rebate fulfillment period ("Rebate Period") is categorized into 2 phases as defined in the table below. If transactions are confirmed to be qualified for the Rebate after verification by Booking.com at its sole discretion, the Rebate will be credited to the principal card account of the Eligible Card that was used for reservation within the corresponding Rebate Period.
