Step 1:

Logon to Citibank Online > choose "Wealth" > choose "Mutual Fund" > enter "One Time Password" > Select "Account Details"

Step 2:

Select any Mutual Fund or FundSelect Savings Plan Account to view account and holding details

Step 4:

Click on any holdings to view details of the holding, with actions “Buy”, “Sell”, “Switch” available

Step 5:

Click ‘View Transactions’ to view transaction history of up to the past 24 months

Online Subscription

Search and view funds’ details in fund explorer


Entry Point 1:

Logon to Citibank Online > choose "Wealth" > choose "Mutual Fund" > enter "One Time Password" > choose "Buy Fund"

Entry Point 2:

Logon to Citibank Online > choose "Wealth" > choose "Mutual Fund" > enter "One Time Password" > choose “Account Details“ > choose "Fund Search & Buy”

Step 2:

Able to search, compare and view fund details in the Fund Explorer

Step 3:

Choose Investment method (One Time, Monthly or One Time + Monthly) > Enter Subscription Amount > Select Debit Date and End Date (only applicable to Monthly) > Click ‘Arrow’ to continue

Step 4:

Review the order details > Click ‘Buy Funds’ after confirmation


Online Redemption

You can redeem or switch your holdings in Account Detail Page


Step 1:

Click on one of your fund holdings > Click "Buy", "Sell" or "Switch"

Step 2:

Click ‘Sell’ > Enter units to redeem > Click ‘Arrow’ to proceed.

Step 3:

Review the order details > Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed order placement

Step 1:

Click "Switch“ > You may select funds to switch to by “Browse all funds” or “Select from existing fund holdings”

Step 2:

Enter ‘Units to switch’ > Click ‘Arrow’ to review the order

Step 3:

Review order details > Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed to place order


FundSelect Savings Plan

You can create a new ‘FundSelect Savings Plan’ in a few steps and manage your plan just within a few clicks.


Step 1:

Logon to Citibank Online > choose "Wealth" > choose "Mutual Fund" > enter "One Time Password" > choose "Manage FundSelect Savings Plan"

Step 2:

Click "Active“ to view the current active plans, or view the inactive plans by clicking "Inactive"

Step 3:

Click "Add Plan“ or View "Ongoing Plan(s)" in the ‘Active’ tab

Step 4:

Click on any "Ongoing Plan(s)" > View details with options to “Edit” or “Cancel this plan"

Step5a:

Click "Edit", you will be able to change "Next Debit Date" and/or "End date“ > Click “Arrow“ to proceed


Step5b:

Click "Cancel this plan", confirm the cancelation by clicking "Yes, cancel".
