At the bottom right corner, tap the "Help" button.
Initiate the connection by clicking the button.
Follow the steps for Citi Mobile® Token and enter your OTP to verify your identity.
You would be directed to Citi Live Chat and your Relationship Manager would connect with you shortly.

Citi Live Chat is a platform allowing you to have a virtual dialogue with your dedicated Relationship Manager in Citibank Online and Citi Mobile® application after logon.
Citi Live Chat is an exclusive platform for Citigold® Private Client and Citigold® client.
We encourage you to make an appointment with your dedicated Relationship Manager to connect on Citi Live Chat. Our business hour is Mon-Fri: 9:30am-6:00pm; Saturday: 9:30am-12:00noon. You may also sign on to your Citi Mobile® App or Citibank Online to leave messages to your Relationship Manager.
With Citi Live Chat, your dedicated Relationship Manager could visualize your wealth analysis using Citigold® Private Client Portfolio 360º or Citigold® Total Wealth Advisor provide you with general banking services.
You would be connected to your dedicated Relationship Manager.

We strive to provide a secured environment for you to connect with your dedicated Relationship Manager by using end-to-end encryption in Citi Live Chat. You may also ask for identification from your dedicated Relationship Manager if you would like to perform further verification.

Yes, you can turn off/on your camera and microphone.
Please inform your dedicated Relationship Manager for change in chat connection type.
If you would like to share pictures / documents via Citi Live Chat, please inform your dedicated Relationship Manager. Currently Citi Live Chat supports the sharing of PDF and image files under 5 MB.
If your Relationship Manager is busy or away, you may still leave messages to your Relationship Manager and he / she will follow up with you once available.. You may also schedule a Citi Live Chat session with your Relationship Manager in advanced.
CONNECTION AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
You could initiate a Citi Live Chat session with your dedicated Relationship Manager in Citibank Online Banking or Citi Mobile® application. For details, please refer to "Chat via Citibank Online" or "Chat via Citi Mobile® App" tabs.
For desktop version, Citi Live Chat currently supports Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac OS X, with web browsers Chrome, FireFox, Opera and Edge. For systems and browsers that are not listed above, some Citi Live Chat features may not available due to compatibility. For mobile version, all Citi Live Chat features are supported by Citi Mobile® application.
