Citi Live Chat is a platform allowing you to have a virtual dialogue with your dedicated Relationship Manager in Citibank Online and Citi Mobile^® App or our Citi Officer in Citi Mobile^® App after logon.

2. Who could use Citi Live Chat?

Citi Live Chat is an exclusive platform for Citigold^® Private Client and Citigold^® client.

3. What is the availability of Citi Live Chat service?

We encourage you to make an appointment with your dedicated Relationship Manager to connect on Citi Live Chat. Our business hour is Mon-Fri: 9:30am-6:00pm; Saturday: 9:30am-12:00noon. You may also sign on to leave messages to your Relationship Manager in Citibank Online and Citi Mobile^® App or connect to our Citi Officer in Citi Mobile^® App.

4. What are the services that Citibank could perform through Citi Live Chat?

With Citi Live Chat, your dedicated Relationship Manager could visualize your wealth analysis using Citigold^® Private Client Portfolio 360º or Citigold^® Total Wealth Advisor to provide you with financial advices. Our Citi Officer could also answer your general banking enquiries.

1. How do I know that I am speaking to my relationship manager / a real Citibank representative?

We strive to provide a secured environment for you to connect with your dedicated Relationship Manager and our Citi Officer by using end-to-end encryption in Citi Live Chat. You may also ask for identification from your dedicated Relationship Manager or our Citi Officer if you would like to perform further verification.

2. Apart from text chat, does Citi Live Chat support audio or video chat?

Citi Live Chat supports text/ audio/ video chat.

3. During audio / video chat, is text communication still available?

Yes.

4. Could I hide the image of my side during video chat?

Yes, you can turn off/on your camera and microphone.

5. How could I be connected to audio / video chat?

Please inform your dedicated Relationship Manager for change in chat connection type.

6. Can I send pictures / documents via Citi Live Chat?

If you would like to share pictures / documents via Citi Live Chat, please inform your dedicated Relationship Manager. Currently Citi Live Chat supports the sharing of PDF and image files under 5 MB.

7. My Relationship Manager is Busy / Away. Can I connect with him / her?

If your Relationship Manager is busy or away, you may still leave messages to your Relationship Manager and he / she will follow up with you once available or you may message our Citi Officer for general banking enquiries. You may also schedule a Citi Live Chat session with your Relationship Manager in advanced.

You could initiate a Citi Live Chat session with your dedicated Relationship Manager in Citibank Online Banking or Citi Mobile^® App. You could also connect to our Citi Officer in Citi Mobile^® App. For details, please refer to "Chat via Citibank Online" or "Chat via Citi Mobile^® App" tabs.

2. What are the systems I need to connect to Citi Live Chat?

For desktop version, Citi Live Chat currently supports Windows 7, Windows 10 and Mac OS X, with web browsers Chrome, FireFox, Opera and Edge. For systems and browsers that are not listed above, some Citi Live Chat features may not available due to compatibility. For mobile version, all Citi Live Chat features are supported by Citi Mobile^® App.
