Decline auto-enrollment in the e-Statement service

In 2021 March, we sent you a letter inviting you to join us in helping to save the environment by enrolling in our e-Statement service. For your convenience and to avoid being charged the Paper Statement Fee, all of your accounts will be automatically enrolled in the e-Statement
service by May 21, 2021.

If you wish to decline the above arrangement and continue receiving paper statement for your accounts, please input the 9-digit Reference Number (stated at the top right hand corner of the letter) and submit for confirmation on or before April 30, 2021.^*

Please be reminded that if you receive any paper statements in a month, a Paper Statement Fee of banking consolidated statement (HK$10 monthly per customer) and Paper Statement Fee of credit card statement (HK$10 per statement for each month) will be applied respectively.
