    • CitiPhone Banking Hotline (Citibanking Services) - Revision of Manned Service Hours
    • Effective January 21, 2018, the manned service hours of the CitiPhone Banking Hotline (Citibanking Services) 2860 0333 will be revised as follows:
    • Monday to Sunday 8.00am – 8.00pm
    • Please be assured that our automated telephone services and emergency requests (e.g. reporting of loss card or fraud, interruption of card usage, transaction issue at ATM and reinstatement of account) will remain at your service 24 hours every day. Citigold Private Client, Citigold, Citi Priority and Credit Card services shall remain unchanged.
