Flexible Redemption of Cash Rebate

“Terms & Conditions for "Cash Rebate – Online Banking Redemption Service"

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion applies to Citi ULTIMA, Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi Gold Card and Citi Classic Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Card").
2. Cardholder is required to redeem the Cash Rebate with points under Eligible Cards at https://www.citibank.com.hk/thankyouen
3. Cash Rebate will be credited to Cardholder’s Eligible Card account within 7 calendar days after receiving an order confirmation email and the redemption will be shown in the Cardholder's next statement cycle.
4. Cash Rebate is applied to the overall balance on the account, but Cardholder must still make the monthly minimum payment due.
5. Cash Rebates may not be cancelled, amended or returned.

7. Cardholder must maintain valid credit card accounts with good credit record during Promotion Period in order to be eligible for Cash Rebate. In case there is any fraud / abuse, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the original value of the promotion rewarded directly from the credit card account without prior notice, forfeit the Cardholder's eligibility to be entitled to the promotion, and/or suspend the credit card account for investigation without prior notice.
8. Citibank reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
