The Principal Cardholder can redeem Points for Cash Rebates issued in the form of a credit on your Eligible Card statement, at a rate of 200 points to HK$1 (subject to a minimum amount of HK$50 per redemption). ("Cash Rebates") The Cash Rebates will be credited to your Eligible Card account within 7 calendar days after receiving our order confirmation email and the redemption will be shown in the Cardholder's next statement cycle. The Cash Rebate is applied to the overall balance on the account, but you must still make the monthly minimum payment due. Cash Rebates may not be canceled, amended or returned.       Terms and Conditions for "Free Travel Insurance":

      1. The period of the Free Travel Insurance is valid for travel journey between April 1, 2021 and March 31, 2023 (both dates inclusive).

To be eligible for free travel insurance, (a) either one or more of the following has/have been purchased or settled by the principal cardholder with his/her Citi Prestige Card: (1) the in/outward-bound travel tickets to/from Hong Kong; (2) the accommodation cost for the entire journey; (3) the tour package; or (b) in the event that condition (a) above is not satisfied but instead one or more of the items stated in (1), (2) and (3) above has been acquired with points earned by a rewards program, any additional costs (including tax and fuel surcharge and any fees which is required to be paid according to any local requirement (if applicable)) must be paid by the principal cardholder with his/her Citi Prestige Card.
      3. Principal Cardholder will be entitled for Free Travel Insurance Basic Plan, and could upgrade to Premier Plan for improved coverage.

      Plaza Premium Lounge Terms & Conditions:

      1. The offer is valid till January 31, 2023.

      2. Each Principal Cardholder can enjoy complimentary access to the listed designated Plaza Premium Lounges once per day, click here for the full list.

      3. A same day boarding pass and Citi Prestige Card must be presented to enjoy access to the Hong Kong International Airport Plaza Premium Lounge.

      4. Each accompanying guest shall pay an entrance fee of HK$250 for each access, which will be debited from the Cardholder’s Citi Prestige Card directly within 4 months from the access date.

      5. Other fees may apply depending on services chosen and selected location entered.

      6. Lounges are owned and operated by third party organizations. The Principal Cardholder must abide by the rules and policies of each participating location, and the Principal Cardholder accepts that a same day boarding pass and Citi Prestige Card for a Lounge does not guarantee access to that Lounge. The Principal Cardholder accepts that Citibank has no control over the Lounge’s decision on whether to admit any Principal Cardholder or accompanying guest, the number of people allowed in at any time, facilities offered, the opening/closing times, the length of time customers may spend in the location, any charges payable above and beyond those included in the Lounge access, or the personnel employed by the Lounge.

      7. Use of the Lounge access is not transferable. Complimentary Lounge access may not be used by any person other than the Principal Cardholder.

      8. Applicability of Lounge access for children varies according to each specific Lounge’s policies. Inclusion of children with regard to eligibility for the Lounge is at the discretion of the Lounge involved.

      9. Use of Lounge access is subject to the Principal Cardholder and accompanying guests behaving and dressing in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the relevant Lounge terms. Any Principal Cardholder or guest not complying with such terms may be asked to vacate the Lounge. Citibank is not liable for any loss suffered by the customer where a Lounge has refused admission or Lounge use because the Principal Cardholder has not complied with the Lounge terms or the individual Lounge’s terms and conditions.

      10. Lounges have no obligation to announce flights and the Principal Cardholder accepts that Citibank shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting out of any Principal Cardholder failing to board his/her flight(s). Further, it is the Principal Cardholder’s responsibility to check the relevant entry requirements for any country being visited and to have the correct travel documentation for the journey.

      11. Offer subject to availability.

      Rosewood Hong Kong General Terms & Conditions:

      Terms and Conditions for Manna Catering Hong Kong Offer

      1. Offer is applicable until December 31, 2022 ("Promotion Period").

      3. Delivery - free of charge in-store pickup. Delivery charge starts from HKD80, free delivery on orders over HKD680, except outlying islands, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay. Shipping usually takes 2-4 working days after order confirmation.

      Citi Prestige Card – Staycation Program General Terms & Conditions:

      1. Principal Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Citi Prestige Card issued by Citibank (“Eligible Card”) who book at least one night at any of the designated local hotels (“Designated Hotels”) through Citi Prestige Concierge, can enjoy HK$1,000 off each booking (“Staycation Offer”). Reservation made through other channels, including but not limited to, travel agents, websites or directly with a hotel will not qualify.

      2. The Staycation Offer is valid from April 15, 2022 till December 31, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The reservation and the stay must be made and completed within the Promotion Period.

      3. Cardholders must make the reservation (at least 3 working days prior to the stay), via phone with Citi Prestige Concierge at (852) 2860 0338. The stay must be completed within 3 months from the reservation date (i.e. stay reserved on June 1, 2022 must have check-out date no later than August 31, 2022).

      5. Each Cardholder may enjoy the Staycation Offer twice within the Promotion Period.

      6. Unused Offer quota will be forfeited after the Promotion Period and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.

      7. To be eligible for the Staycation Offer, the Cardholder must
      a) Book a reservation in the Cardholder’s name for a minimum one-night stay by contacting and booking directly with the Citi Prestige Concierge;
      b) Be one of the staying guests and stay at the hotel for the entire reservation;
      c) Make payment in full with an Eligible Card; and
      d) d) Not have enjoyed the “Fourth Night Free Program” or Staycation Offer in any hotel within 7 nights immediately before or after this stay.

      8. The discount amount the Cardholder will receive for each booking is subject to a cap of HK$1,000 or the average nightly rate, whichever is lower. Cardholders will need to bear all other hotel-imposed fees, including but not limited to applicable taxes, dining or resort fees, and incidental guest charges.

      9. Staycation Offer is only applicable to bookings with “pre-paid” rates. Cardholders are required to make upfront payment in full at the time of booking. Payment in full is defined as pre-payment for all consecutive nights minus the discount offered from the Staycation Offer.

      10. Staycation Offer is applicable on a first-come-first-served basis and limited quota. Booking period and staying period are subject to availability at time of booking.

      11. Staycation Offer is only applicable to Designated Hotels located in Hong Kong. The List of Designated Hotels is subject to change without prior notice.

      12. All reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. In case of any disputes, adjustments or fraudulent card activity, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Eligible Cardholders’ credit card accounts the equivalent amount of the Staycation Offer awarded without prior notice.

      13. The Staycation Offer can only be used by the Cardholders, and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts, including the use of corporate code discounts and loyalty rewards by hotel or property, and any offers including "stay a minimum night and get free night" type of offer run by the hotels directly.

      14. All rates and availability for the Designated Hotels are subject to Citi Prestige Concierge’s quotation.

      15. Citibank is not the supplier or service provider of the products/services/auxiliary services concerned, and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. Hotels are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

      16. Citibank will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any interaction or service provided between a Cardholder and a Merchant (a “Merchant” is including but not limited to Citi Prestige Concierge, travel supplier or hotel) with respect to the Staycation Offer. Except as set forth herein, all matters, including but not limited to delivery of goods and services, returns, charges and warranties are solely and strictly between the Cardholder and the applicable Merchants, subject to applicable law. The Cardholder acknowledges that Citibank does not endorse or provide warranties of any kind in relation to the Merchants that are accessible through the Staycation Offer, nor the Offers that they provide.
