Notification & Prize Redemption Letter: Winners will be notified via Citi Mobile® App push notification, SMS, and/or email on or before March 31, 2027, and a personalized Prize Redemption Letter with a unique reference number will be mailed to their correspondence address in Citi's records.
Booking Window & Dedicated Team: Winners must contact Wing On Travel's Customized Private Tour Team via email at privatetour@wingontravel.com between April 1, 2027 and June 30, 2027, and attend an appointment at Wing On Travel – Diamond Lounge (Units 08–10, 39/F, Langham Place Office Tower, Mong Kok) to present and submit the original Prize Redemption Letter to complete formal booking procedures (the letter will be collected and retrieved by Wing On Travel and will not be returned).
Travel Completion: The entire trip must be completed on or before December 31, 2027.
Product Scope & Exclusions:
- Eligible Services: Applicable towards flights, hotels, transportation, local activities and tours available for booking directly through Wing On Travel, inclusive of applicable airfare taxes, fuel surcharges, and ticketing fees within the HK$100,000 cap.
- Excluded Items: Inapplicable towards travel insurance, travel visa fees, and charges payable directly at the destination (including but not limited to local city/tourist taxes, hotel resort fees, gratuities, and on-site incidental charges).
Usage Conditions: Valid for one (1) single continuous trip and one (1) consolidated redemption booking only. Citi Mastercard Exclusive: "Spender Mega Draw WOW!" (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period is valid from November 2, 2026 to January 31, 2027, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”)
Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”); who have a valid correspondence address and phone number registered in Citibank’s records with accumulated Eligible Spending (as defined in Clause 5) of HK$15,000 or above during the Promotion Period (“Cardholders”).

During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who accumulate Eligible Spending of HK$15,000 or above and meet the following requirement(s) will be entitled to receive the corresponding lucky draw chance(s). Details are set out below:

There is no maximum limit on the lucky draw chances earned by each Cardholder during the Promotion Period.

Each Principal Cardholder is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) prize across the entire Promotion (i.e. either one (1) unit of Reward 1 (defined below) or one (1) unit of Reward 2 (defined below), subject to Clause 36). For the avoidance of doubt, if a Principal Cardholder holds more than one Eligible Card (including principal and supplementary card(s)), the spending across these Eligible Cards shall be combined and calculated together.
“Eligible Spending” includes all retail transactions (including online transactions) and all Citi Payall transactions with official payment records that are made during the Promotion Period and posted on or before February 8, 2027, and exclude all Ineligible Transactions (as defined in Clause 7). Citibank has no obligation to clarify whether a transaction is Eligible Spending before a Cardholder conducts such transaction.
"Eligible Foreign Currency Spending" includes all retail transactions (including online transactions) and all Citi Payall transactions settled in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) – i.e., where no currency conversion into HKD is involved at the point of transaction, and the transaction currency shown on the sales slip (if applicable) is not HKD, with official payment records that are made during the Promotion Period and posted on or before February 8, 2027, and exclude all Ineligible Transactions (as defined in Clause 7).
"Ineligible Transactions" include but not limited to cash advance, Dynamic Currency Conversion i.e. transactions with conversion from a foreign currency into Hong Kong Dollars involved at the point of the transaction, purchase of cash vouchers, purchase/add value of gift cards, purchase/reload of stored value cards, Octopus Automatic Add Value service transactions, Octopus Add Value through Mobile Payment such as Apple Pay/Google Pay/Samsung Pay, transactions made through Faster Payment System (FPS) services, charity donations, phone/fax/mail order, traveler’s checks, foreign exchange transactions using Credit Card (for example but not limited to Forex.com, etc.), withdrawal amount/loan amount under the Balance Transfer Program, Cash Conversion Program, “FlexiBill” Installment Program and “PayLite” Installment Program, Quick Cash Installment Program, payment to the Inland Revenue Department, bill payment, utilities bill made with credit card via internet banking or online payment system, auto payment and recurring transactions, insurance transactions and transactions on charity donations/ non-profit organisations (according to the merchant codes issued by Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited from time to time), mutual funds payment, fees & charges, casino transactions, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions, other unauthorized transactions and fraud and abuse transactions; save and except any transactions conducted via Citi PayAll, which shall all be regarded as Eligible Spending notwithstanding the above exclusions. Citibank may add to, or remove from, the list of “Ineligible Transactions” from time to time at its discretion. The decision of Citibank as to what constitutes an “Ineligible Transactions” shall be final and conclusive.
Each Principal Cardholder is only required to register for this Promotion once using any one (1) of his/her Eligible Cards (with physical card number) during the Promotion Period. Upon successful registration with one Eligible Card, all Eligible Cards held under the same Principal Cardholder will be automatically enrolled in "The WOW Gifts" Lucky Draw. Registration applies only to Principal Cardholders; registrations made by Supplementary Cardholders will not be accepted.
In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward was given, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of reward from the Cardholder’s credit card account without prior notice.
Lucky Draw winners (“Winners”) will be randomly drawn by a computer system by Citibank. The list of Winners (which will display each Winner’s masked name and the last 4 digits of their registered mobile phone number, e.g. CHAN T** M** / ****1234) will be published on or before March 31, 2027 on the Citibank website at citibank.hk/megadraw. By participating in this Promotion, Cardholders agree and consent to the publication of their masked personal information and masked card details on the designated website for winner announcement purposes. The decision of Citibank regarding the Winners shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence or disputes in respect thereof shall be entertained.
Details about the reward issuance and redemption are set out in Clauses 28-37 below.
Rewards are limited in quantity, Citibank reserves the right to replace the reward(s) with alternatives of equivalent or comparable value.
Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion / reward cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective suppliers are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
Availability of the reward is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
Citibank and Mastercard are not the supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Mastercard shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the relevant merchant/supplier.
Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts in respect of the Eligible Spending for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
Eligible Card accounts used for Eligible Spending must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the reward(s); otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the reward(s) without prior notice.
Citibank and Mastercard reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Citibank and Mastercard accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Mastercard.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
Any Citibank staff employed by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited or Citibank N.A. or its subsidiaries shall not be eligible for this Promotion.
This Promotion is not applicable to U.S. persons.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Citi Mastercard Exclusive: "The WOW Journeys" Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:

Cardholders who fulfill the requirement(s) specified in Clause 3 during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into “The WOW Journeys” Lucky Draw and will be eligible for a chance to win one (1) "Travel Your Way" Travel Package by Wing On Travel (valued at HK$100,000 each) ("Reward 1"), with a total quota of 5. Reward 1 will be fulfilled in the form of a personalized prize redemption letter ("Prize Redemption Letter").
If Winners are confirmed to be qualified for Reward 1 after verification by Citibank at its sole and absolute discretion:

A winning confirmation will be sent or communicated to each Winner’s registered contact information according to Citibank’s records via Citi Mobile® App push notification, SMS, and/or email on or before March 31, 2027.
A personalized Prize Redemption Letter carrying a unique reference number will be mailed on or before March 31, 2027 to the Winner's correspondence address maintained in Citibank's records. Winners must ensure that their correspondence address maintained in Citibank's records is accurate to ensure successful delivery of the Prize Redemption Letter. Citibank and Mastercard will not be responsible for redemption letter delivery failure due to an invalid correspondence address, and the redemption letter will not be re-issued.

Redemption and Booking Terms for Reward 1:

Booking Window and Travel Period: Winners must initiate contact and complete their travel booking with Wing On Travel's designated Customized Private Tour Team between April 1 and June 30, 2027 (both dates inclusive) ("Booking Window"). The entire travel itinerary must be fully completed on or before December 31, 2027 ("Travel Completion Date"). If a Winner fails to complete the booking within the Booking Window or complete the trip on or before the Travel Completion Date, Reward 1 shall be deemed forfeited and Citibank, Mastercard, and Wing On Travel will not provide any extension, replacement, or compensation.
Redemption Process & Dedicated Booking Service: To initiate redemption, Winners must contact Wing On Travel’s Customized Private Tour Team by email at privatetour@wingontravel.com quoting their unique redemption reference number. Upon agreeing on the travel itinerary and quotation, the Winner must attend an in-person appointment at Wing On Travel – Diamond Lounge located at Units 08–10, 39/F, Langham Place Office Tower, Mong Kok, Hong Kong, to complete the formal booking and confirmation procedures.　 Winners must present the original Prize Redemption Letter upon arrival for booking confirmation. The original Prize Redemption Letter will be collected and retrieved by Wing On Travel upon booking confirmation and will not be returned. Photocopied, damaged, defaced, or altered Prize Redemption Letters will not be accepted.
Single Continuous Trip & Consolidated Redemption: The Reward 1 is valid for one (1) single continuous trip and one (1) consolidated redemption booking only. There is no limit on the number of accompanying travelers, provided that the Winner is one of the traveling party and all eligible bookings are consolidated under the same itinerary within the HK$100,000 prize cap. Any unused balance after the single consolidated booking shall be forfeited immediately and cannot be retained, carried forward, refunded, or exchanged for cash or credits.
Eligible Services & Exclusions of Reward 1:
(i) Applicable towards flights, hotels, transportation, local activities and tours available for booking directly through Wing On Travel, inclusive of applicable airfare taxes, fuel surcharges, and ticketing fees, subject to the HK$100,000 cap.
(ii) Inapplicable towards travel insurance, visa application fees, charges payable directly at the destination (including but not limited to local city/tourist taxes, hotel resort fees, gratuity fees, and on-site incidental charges). Winners are solely responsible for obtaining their own valid travel insurance, visas, and travel documentation.
Excess Expenditure: If the total cost of the approved itinerary exceeds HK$100,000, an itemized breakdown of the excess amount will be provided by Wing On Travel. The Winner must pay the remaining balance using an Eligible Card.
Amendments, Cancellations, and Price Fluctuations: All bookings are subject to product availability, price fluctuations, blackout dates, and the specific terms and conditions imposed by third-party suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels). Once a travel booking is confirmed and ticketed, strictly no cancellations, refunds, endorsements, or amendments (including but not limited to traveler name changes, route changes, and date changes) are permitted, except in the event of airline schedule changes or force majeure events, which will be handled in accordance with the relevant supplier policies. Any additional rebooking fees or surcharges incurred must be borne by the Winner.

A Cardholder may register for this Promotion before or after making any Eligible Spending (as defined in Clause 5). The completion of the registration is not a confirmation of the eligibility of any account(s), transaction(s) or the Cardholders for the reward which is determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Citibank.
If Winners are confirmed to be qualified for Reward 2 after verification by Citibank at its sole discretion, Reward 2 will be issued to Winners on or before March 31, 2027 in the form of a Redemption eVoucher ("Redemption eVoucher"). The Redemption eVoucher will be credited directly to the Winner’s “My Voucher” section in the Citi Mobile® App. To be entitled to and receive Reward 2, Winners must have successfully downloaded, installed, and activated the Citi Mobile® App with a valid login account on or before March 31, 2027; otherwise, the Redemption eVoucher cannot be credited and the reward shall be forfeited without prior notice or compensation from Citibank and Mastercard.
